Welcome to our stylish holiday apartment – ideal for families, groups and friends. Completed in 2022, the accommodation offers modern living comfort over approx. 170 m². You can expect a spacious, open-plan living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, four separate bedrooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed for two more guests. Space for up to 10 people. The highlight is the bright living area with high ceilings, open timber-framed walls and glazed Tennentor overlooking the village square.

Your personal retreat on Lake Schwerin – a place where peace, nature, and quality time together take center stage. Enjoy the magnificent lake view. As the sun rises over the lake in the morning and bathes the water in golden hues, your holiday moment begins. The sparkling water is just a 5-minute walk away. This house's location makes it the perfect base for swimming trips to the lake or the Baltic Sea, fishing adventures, bike tours, and walks along picturesque lakeside paths.

Apartment "Gardenview" just outside Schwerin

In front of the Schwerin gates is our over 100-year-old residential building with adjoining new building with two individually designed apartments. The "Gardenview" is suitable for both business and individual travelers. It is located on the 2nd floor and offers a light-flooded living room with a king-size bed, desk and small dining area with high chairs. An adjoining kitchen, as well as a separate shower room complete the apartment with garden views.

Apartment on the outskirts of the Lewitz

Our vacation bungalow is perfect for nature lovers. The holiday bungalow is located on the outskirts of the village of Garwitz about 200 m from the Müritz-Elde waterway. Here you can canoe or standup paddle. An outdoor pool supervised by a lifeguard is about 400 m away. You can reach the Baltic Sea in about 60 minutes and Schwerin in about 35 minutes by car. Furthermore, you can discover the landscape conservation area "Lewitz" from Garwitz by bike.

This cosy and also super centrally located apartment is in the heart of the beautiful state capital Schwerin and is therefore the ideal starting point for trips or excursions of any kind. The castle; the theater; the cathedral; restaurants; cafes, public transport, etc. are a stone's throw away. With its 2.5 light-filled rooms, the apartment offers enough space for up to six people.
