Holiday rentals with a patio in L'Herbaudière, Noirmoutier-en-l'Île

We had a good night in this beautiful and conveniently located apartment! No noise at night. The beach really not far away, what more could you ask for!

Perfect stay in a beautiful apartment. What a joy to be able to land or eat in front of the sea. The apartment is ideal and very well equipped. The bathroom is very clean and the bedroom has several storage. In short, thank you Owen for the welcome and for this great stay.

We had a great time at Franck's apartment. It is very well equipped, with beautiful sea views. The rooms at the back are quiet, and the private garage is a plus that will be appreciated in high season. At the end of the year, parking is easy on the street. You can get everywhere on foot: shopping, bars and restaurants, beautiful walks on the seafront. We'll be happy to go back!

Best accommodation I have taken since signing up on Airbnb responsive host who listens and very accommodating, the accommodation is ideally located we did not use the weekend car, the highlight the hot tub and the garden! I will come back without hesitation

Excellent stay in this apartment, very clean, well equipped and with a very nice balcony. Well oriented to stay cool despite the heat outside. Very good location, everything is within walking distance. Owners very responsive and accommodating on check in and check out time.

Anaïse was perfect and adorable 👌 Her studio is located in the grounds of a house so noise and tranquility were great. 🙏 Easy to park on the street and 5 minutes from downtown by car so great 👍 The accommodation was very good and with all the necessary equipment Only small downside was the wifi because there wasn't any There is an internet connection in the studio but it is wired with an Ethernet socket There is a cable provided but it is about 1.5 m long. So not practical for watching your series in the evening in bed which is 5 m from the socket 🙄 A small wifi repeater would be a plus or a 5m Ethernet cable will do the trick 😉 Either way, I recommend it. 😎

Our weekend went very well. The accommodation is ideally located. Everything is within walking distance. What seems a little more complicated to me is parking, the embankment is currently being redeveloped. I hope they have planned parking because it will be very complicated otherwise. On the other hand, the layout will be great for pedestrians and bikes.

Very pleasant stay, clean and functional accommodation, ideal for a small family with 3 young children 🙂 Well located accommodation, it allows very easy access to the center of the Bernerie, shops and beaches. We will come back without hesitation 🙂

Evelyne and Charles are warm and very welcoming, they welcomed us with a good apple juice and a brioche. The accommodation is clean, we did not lack anything in this accommodation. They provided us with bathtub, changing mat, crib and a baby high chair. We're so glad we were able to meet them and connect with them is a chance! They're really adorable! Thanks again!

We were hosted very well by Sophie and her husband. The accommodation is in a great location, halfway between the beach and the city center. The courtyard is well laid out and is equipped with a plancha which allows you to enjoy the outdoors. We'll be back without hesitating.

excellent stay at Celine and Fabien 's. the house is ideally located on the seafront. very easy to access the beach. the house is comfortable, with all the necessities to cook, we feel that it is an inhabited house with a warm seaside decoration. Accustomed to my region I will be happy to come back.

Marie-Pierre is a great host, very responsive and friendly. Her place offers absolutely everything you need for amenities for a relaxing stay: it's spotless, extremely clean, well decorated. Its proximity to the city center (200 m) and its calm, the layout of the rooms and its small courtyard well sheltered. Thank you Marie-Pierre!!!!

Accommodation ideally located in a very quiet neighborhood. Clean house. Missing can be an oven in the kitchen. Too bad the cleaning can't be done by visitors (Cleaning fee quite expensive)

We had a lovely stay at Nicolas and Magalie's mobile home. Very pleasant and very functional. Beautiful beach nearby on foot. Nicolas is very responsive to make sure everything goes as smoothly as possible. I recommend it.

Fernand and his wife are very kind and responsive when there is anything. Accommodation well prepared even for our baby! Just a little oversight of hair and sand in the shower. But it can happen ... we'll be happy to come back. 😊

A beautiful apartment developing a very beautiful surface, allowing 7 people to stay without stepping on it. With 3 bathrooms, and a breathtaking terrace, the apartment is perfect for staying on vacation and is clean. The bedding is extremely comfortable.

Accommodation as described, Mariereine was responsive and very kind (I was almost 1 hour late).

Ideal base for visiting Saint-Nazaire and its shipyard, along the coast to Le Croisic, or taking a break in Guérande, the apartment offered by Stéphane and Rozenn is very well located. Functional, quiet and tastefully arranged, this accommodation offers all the facilities for those wishing to bask on the nearby beach (of Monsieur Hulot) or discover the Côte d'Amour. A real pleasure to enjoy the terrace and the pretty garden at cocktail hour. Stéphane's availability on arrival and departure should be noted, even though we did not have the pleasure of meeting him.
