The host is super nice and very patient. The apartment is nice and clean and nicely furnished. It is an old slab building so typically small and quite narrow, but nice. Some of the furnishings shown in the photo were nonexistent, for example. Floor lamp in the living room, side table , balcony with only one chair and no seat covers . Parking situation is catastrophic, but the host has no influence, it is general disaster throughout the city. I didn't find a parking spot outside the block for a single day. If there was a free parking space, it was only in the morning . In whole, I find the apartment ok .

I recommend this property. Apartment 4, where we were with 4 people, is really big. Huge living room with kitchen, separate bedroom, bathroom, hallway. The bathroom had towels, a hair dryer, a washing machine for 3.5 kg load, a bowl, and a stool for children. In the kitchen there is a double induction hob, kettle, coffee maker, dishwasher, dishwasher cubes, cloth, sponge, dish soap, dustpan, tableware, etc. Stools and 4 chairs on the terrace. We were in New Year's Eve and I'll say it was hot in the property to the point that we had unscrewed heaters. In the living room, there is a huge couch that is 1.6m x 2m when unfolded. The apartment also had a vacuum cleaner, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer, etc. There is amazing contact with the host, responds quickly to messages, answers the phone, she is very helpful at check-in.

My daughter and I had a lovely few days in town. Parking is easily accessible and the apartment is very nice and luxurious. You are right in the city center and have everything close by. In the morning there is a wagon with baked goods at the door, supermarkets, pharmacies and restaurants are less than 50 meters away. Mariola is a very nice woman, we met her a few times while walking and talking to her something. Best regards,

A nice place to stay away from the hustle and bustle and at the same time close to the center of Jelenia Góra and the Giant Mountains. Everything is as described and great communication with the host.

This stay was truly exceptional. A quiet and pleasant environment to relax, lots of places to go with even the possibility of borrowing bikes. When it comes to the accommodation directly,.. I have nothing to complain about, a bathing barrel, a sauna, the possibility of grilling - great! Projector for pleasantly spent evenings, perfect for a romantic and indulgent stay. I'm sure we'll be happy to come back and enjoy the same comfort here as we are now.

Great place to stay in Karpacz. very quiet neighborhood, but only a few hundred meters from the main street. The apartment is clean and modern, with an underground garage. We didn't miss anything during our stay. Highly recommend.

Great hosts. Very responsive and helpful with even ad hoc requests. Place situated in good distance for Prague visits (you can leave car at Cerny Most parking and travel with metro to old town). Really nice surroundings with a pond. Peaceful and quiet with even option to look at stars. Highly recommended.

Wonderful spacious and bright apartment, all is very new and clean. It is far away enough from the main road that you don’t hear the traffic while you can enjoy the view into the village and the surrounding mountains from all windows. Great host.

We were received in a very friendly manner by Ada and her mother Katarzyna, who speaks very good German. We got a lot of information and useful tips. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. We felt very comfortable.

We highly recommend this apartment! The apartment is clean, warm and very cozy, which made us feel at home. Adam and Mr. Gaspar are extremely contactable and helpful hosts – always ready to give advice and help in any situation. We really appreciated the opportunity to make a barbecue on the property and access to the coffee maker, which made our stay more enjoyable. We loved it and will definitely be back! Our stay in Großschönau was amazing. Bernd's place was the right choice for a long weekend away from the big city. The listing was cleaned, cosy and true to the pictures: we immediately felt home. The surroundings are fantastic and you find yourself not far from Säschsische Schweiz and Czech Republic is literally around te corner: you can easily reach Krasna Lipa in 20 minutes and enjoy delicious craft beers and hiking trails. Neighbors and people in general were friendly and always smiling. We appreciated Bernd's availability when it came to be flexible about check-in and check-out. Definitely a place to stay.

Very welcoming. Clean and tidy. Nicer than the photos. Nice and communicative host. Recommended. The only downside is not much is where to walk especially with a stroller with a baby, but it doesn't affect the rating 😀 The pool is also very cool

This was our second visit to Ewelina's apartment and of course we really enjoyed it! We had a little problem with the towels when we checked in, which was resolved within 10 minutes thanks to Ewelina's quick response and actions. As I wrote in my first review, the apartment is spacious and the views are breathtaking. The sauna and pool are fantastic after hiking. Highly recommended! ☺️

Quite place with everything you need to have a rest with a mountains view and forest just under the hand. Highest level of support from hosts! Recommended!
