Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Liberia

Amazing accommodation, all very nice and tidy, the hosts are always attentive and the very spacious house can accommodate several carts the rooms are large and the patio with the pool everything is perfect, the location is the best part near restaurants, supermarkets and 20min from Tamarindo and maximum 30min from other beaches, I would definitely come back!

Amazing! Great location, super clean, and EXACTLY what the pictures show. Already planning to come back here next year.

We were totally immersed in the beautiful ocean sunsets, the sound of the rhythmic waves landing on the shores directly outside our Airbnb, the early morning sand beach walks, the sight of fish as we snorkeled a few hundred feet away, and the relaxing mornings on our front patio. There is a wide variety of restaurants in the area. These were perfect days. Our first night we were awakened several times by restless barking neighborhood dogs. The next evenings were fine. We feel the dogs became accustomed to us. Know that we never saw the dogs, so we never felt threatened. Definitely recommended.

The place is wonderful, clean, private and welcoming. We will definitely return my family. Vidal was aware of anything we needed. We felt very safe.

We stayed at Johan's place from Feb 1st-8th. Their place is exactly like the pictures. They have it fully equipped which is great when you're "away from home but it feels like home!" It's in a gated community so you feel safe and close to everything. We really enjoyed the terrace and the pool! Thanks so much for having us!!

We had both condos for our stay and it comfortably hosted 10 people and was completely spotless. The pool was in good condition, and the location is an easy walk to everything you need in Tamarindo.

The spectacular place, location, highly recommended privacy

We loved our stay so much, the space is beautiful with lots of natural light, great studio layout. Mariel was very helpful throughout our stay, and it was so nice to do a Pilates class in her studio which is on the same property. It's in a very peaceful part of Tamarindo, but still close by to the town center. We will definitely stay here again in the future! It's my fave place I've stayed in Tamarindo thus far, and I go often. Happy to have found this gem. Thanks Mariel for making our stay amazing!

The studio at Casa Palmas is perfect in every way! Spacious bedroom, living area and kitchen. Very comfortable with beautiful ocean views. Location is on the beach, but the quiet part of the beach. Very convenient to town, restaurants etc but private, quiet and relaxing. Hope to return someday soon!

The condo was just as described. It was clean, quiet and private and just across the street from the beach and one of the most beautiful sunset locations. Although the beach is rocky, there is a small cove with calm waters directly down the path from the condo with safe and clean swimming area for kids and adults. It was an easy walk into town (15 minutes). I loved that we were away from the chaos and crowds of Tamarindo but could go in for groceries and dining--but, no need to leave for great food, Fish and Cheeses is fabulous and affordable and a block away. I'd like to give ten stars to Andrea and the property management team. We had a few maintanence isses that Andrea addressed immediately. When, through no fault of her own, one couldn't be fixed in a timely manner, she moved us to a beautiful condo down the street and even threw in breakfast. When my sister-in-law misplaced her necklace (later found in her suitcase), Andrea did everything in her power to help. Loved it!!!

We had a lovely stay at Casa Aire! The space clean and welcoming, and had all the necessicities we were looking for during our few days in Coco Beach. Rafael was incredibly responsive and kind - he gave us the best recommendations around town to check out. 10/10 would definitely recommend this space if you’re looking for a cozy spot just a short distance away from the hustle and bustle of downtown!

Ideal location, right in the heart of everything in Tamarindo, you call it restaurants, beach, supermarket, coffee shops, gym… The apartment if extremely well kept, surroundings are beautiful. Alexander and Gabriela are very friendly and helpful. Very fast internet for digital nomads. I recommend it to the Airbnb community 100 %

The place exceeds the photos, it is easy to get to and located in an extremely quiet place, excellent to rest, everything clean and organized. Furnished with very good taste and new. The best thing about the owner and host is a very friendly and attentive Costa Rican. Super recommended place.

Chris’s condo is all we expected! Really nice property on the first floor of the Malinche complex with an awesome view. Communication with Chris was very fluent and he provided helpful instructions with images and videos. I would definitely recommend this condo!

An incredible stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully designed, and exactly as described. The stunning views added an extra touch to the experience. Great Place. Casa Del Sol is a safe, secure, clean, with excellent pool and private complex right off the beach. Nestled in a true Costa Rican quiet community. The Hosts were quick to respond to everything and they had all the beach gear with a wagon to haul it to the beach. Howler Monkeys visiting behind the complex was a treat.

Daphne's place was perfect four our family of six and we loved our stay! The condo was in great condition and we took advantage of the full kitchen to prepare some breakfasts and lunches so we didn't have to eat our every meal. The clubhouse and pool were conveniently located just next door to the building and our kids loved swimming and we enjoyed the beautiful views over the golf course. It was also so nice having the amenities of Reserva Conchal available - we swam at the beach club, used the kayaks in the ocean, and worked out in the gym - all were convenient and fun. And to top it off, Daphne was a fantastic host. Her communications for check-in and check-out were helpful and clear and she provided us with a great guidebook of local activities and attractions to help make our stay more enjoyable. We really couldn't recommend her or her place higher!

We stayed for a month and being able to prepare meals was important. The kitchen was best! Every cooking utensile you would need was there. Scott meet us there in a driving rain and checked us in. The beach was very close. The pool was really nice and maintained every day. I hope to make a return visit soon!

It was great!

Great location. The Tamarindo beach honestly is a little bit too crowded for us. This unit is about 10 mins walking distance and feel much more peaceful and safe. We had a rental car, so we visited beaches nearby and they are all gorgeous. The beach chairs, umbrella and beach towels in the unit are very convenient. Restaurant recommendations from Vincent and past visitors are all great. The stuffs in Horizon Pacific management company that managed this property was super friendly and willing to help when we had an issue with our rental car during the checkout day. Kudos to them!
