This studio is one of the best places to stay in Dakar! First, the host is very responsive and helpful. They always answer right away and do their best to meet your needs. The apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood. You will feel very safe in this studio, there is a security guard at the front door and multiple security cameras throughout the building. The studio matches the pictures and was very clean when we arrived. I loved everything about this apartment from the large flat screen tv with YouTube and Netflix, to the kitchen that was fully equipped with everything you need, also the bedroom was very spacious with lots of storage space. I could go on and on about how amazing this place is!!

Incredible stay! First, Ndeye is an extremely communicative and responsive host - was so easy to get in touch to reserve the apartment, and any questions she was quick to respond. The apartment is gorgeous, tons of natural sunlight, a beautiful balcony, clean and spacious living room, and pristine bathroom. The kitchen is well lit and all new appliances, with every cooking supply you could possibly need. Bed is comfortable and I slept very well. Great closet space with a clothes hanging rack too. Plus an enormous full body mirror in the hallway. You’re on the 7th floor in a nice and well known building in Dakar with security and comfort all around. Tons of restaurants, grocery stores, markets nearby, with the Corniche Est just 10 mins away with breathtaking views. Highly recommend and will be back for sure.

Biba was accommodating and hospitable. She was flexible with the house cleaning schedule and the front door security was friendly and helpful. Best place to stay in Dakar.

Jay Na's place is great for a stay in Dakar. Jay Na is a really welcoming and warm host. She was very responsive during our interactions. Thanks to his kindness and flexibility, we were able to access the apartment in advance and leave it later. The apartment is large and very clean. It is identical to the photos. There is great bedding. It feels like home. The neighborhood is nice, there is a small shop in front of the building and food nearby.

This new apartment is very clean, modern and feels like home. The host is very considerate, responsive and kind.

Great place with a lot of character

I’m not exaggerating when I say Zoumana is probably the best host on Airbnb. He’s friendly, welcoming, responsive, and helpful. The apartment is great, and the area is in a nice local neighborhood. It’s equidistant from Almadies and Plateau which is very convenient. It’s also on the BRT line (new electric bus) which can easily get you to Plateau. We will be booking this place again when we come back to Dakar.

The room was very clean and spacious and matches the photos. The amenities were adequate and working. The complex is quiet and makes you feel safe. I will definitely recommend it.

Great host with a nice apartment. The area is pretty loud and lively which didnt bother us personally but might be a point to consider for people who put emphasis on quietness.

This apartment is well-situated in Mermoz...easy walk to the Corniche and a couple of grocery stores. The neighborhood is calm, as is the apartment building. The salon and bedroom are on the northside of the building, so they remain cool. Check in and check out were facilitated by the apartment manager and the guardian. We spent a comfortable month here. We would consider staying here again.

Traveling for work in Dakar, the apartment is perfect for this use. Access is secure. And it's located in a very quiet neighborhood in a cul-de-sac. The large terrace is a real plus . I'll be back!

Cheikhouna’s place was just as described, clean, conveniently located with excellent security. Communication was excellent and Cheikhouna responded quickly to messages. I would not hesitate to stay there again and definitely recommend.
