It is 7 by 9 feet, so not big, but has all necessary comforts and feels bigger than it's size Solidly built, fully insulated, double glazed, with power and heat and lighting. A few paces away is the toilet and shower room plus microwave for use by guests. The house has a 24" tv, radio, kettle, toaster and small fridge. Wi-Fi: Tea, coffee on tap, otherwise self catering. Newly refurbished Garden Studio in peaceful Ogbourne St George, only 4 miles from the historic market town of Marlborough (the Parade Cinema is a favourite) with the beautiful Ridgeway and Marlborough Downs a short walk away and the ancient Savernake Forest only 10 minutes drive, all with wonderful walks and bike rides. There is a lovely 14th Century local church (St George's), a newly opened local pub run by a Masterchef finalist (about 1 mile) and lots of places of interest to visit.
