Spacious house, built in 1936, with 9 rooms for socializing both outside and inside with, among other things, a playroom, several TV rooms and various places for meals. Nice sunny plot from morning to evening, perfect for play, swimming and barbecue evenings. 10 minutes by car you will come to Stockholm city center for shopping or lovely swimming areas with cozy cafes on Lidingö.

This house is right at the waters edge. 63 sq meter. Very calm, perfect for a romantic weekend. Light a open fire, take at bath in the hot tub beside the house, listen to the waves and drink a glass wine. Sun-set dining. Dive in the Baltic Sea from the jetty after the hot tub. Watch the ferries and yachts pass by. Close to slalompist in Stockholm. 20 minutes to Stockholm city with car, or take a bus or a ferry. Or take a tour in the archipelago. 1 double kayak and 2 single kayaks are included.

You will like it as it is very close to beautiful nature with water (Långängen recreation area) and at the same time you have easy access to the city (public transport 150 m from the house, station Brevik). Our house suits couples and families with 1-3 kids. Baby bed is availabe.
