Casa Isabel is an apartment for 2-3 people. It has a separate entrance and a parking space. With its 40 square meters, it is suitable for couples or a small family. We have individually furnished it with a lot of love and care. The private terrace, with unobstructed sea views, is generously furnished. In the suburban area but close to all the essential amenities, the apartment "Casa Nicola" has a single studio environment with bathroom and an outdoor area for lunch, it has a small barbecue and sun loungers . The area is quite private also compared to my main home and separated by vegetation and more. Since the exclusive outdoor space is available in the apartment, however not recited, we will evaluate the hospitality of small sizes of animals.

La Torre is one of two ancient watchtowers in the beautiful village of Marciana Marina. The tower was already marked as Torre di Poggio on maps of the 16th century and converted into a customs office for the merchandise of lake in the 18th century. In 2023, the tower was remodeled by an interior designer. The result is a synergy of ancient remains and modern comforts. The unique location just above the water makes every stay an experience.

Big studio in Porto Azzurro, very close to the village center and to the beaches (10 minutes on foot). It's perfect for a couple or for a family with children. There are two sofa beds and a small outside with a table with chairs, a barbeque and an area for children. You'll also have a private parking area for a car. Very close to the studio, 5/10 minutes on foot, there a pharmacy, an ATM, and a couple of supermarkets

Porto Azzurro, the house, with beautiful view, has been renovated recently. (2015-2016). The house has good place for 4 persons, but can have place for 6. The beach, "Golfo della Mola", that is very close to our house, is perfect for who has a kayak or a small boat. To bath we recommend sand beaches that is 1-2 km away.
