Very friendly and helpful host, there was a small malfunction of the TV and he arranged it in the day. Apartment equipped with everything you need, we hope to be able to stay again in a warmer season to be able to fully enjoy the garden

My family of 5 including an infant, toddler and teen, had the best time at il Paluffo. It is a stunning property, the natural pool is unique and refreshing, they offer a ton of activities, local recommendations, and communication was always easy. Claudia, the manager, simply the best! She recommended us an amazing public pool in the hills of Tuscany, great for kids, and suggested some of the best places to eat nearby. It felt like she always had our best interest at heart. We would absolutely stay here again and will recommend to everyone we know!

Wonderful place to stay – Clear recommendation! My stay at Francesca's place was just amazing! The apartment was not only clean and cozy, but also equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Francesca was a wonderful host – warm, helpful and always available if you had a question. I am very grateful that I was allowed to stay here and felt completely comfortable. Very nice house, lovely very helpful hosts. We felt very taken care of from start to finish and they went above and beyond to help with excellent communications. The house was comfortable and clean and a perfect place to spend four days in Cortona. Enzo even went above and beyond helping me get a taxi to the train station on a holiday which was hard to do. Would stay here again!

Old classic house which is well renovated and clean. There was all we needed. Super quiet and private with cosy garden full of olive trees. On top of that there’s 2 lovely cats who stayed arround the house most of the time and gave us company. Simon is s nice guy, who responds within a minute. We really enjoyed out stay, I can’t remember any downs.

The cottage in Tuscany offered exactly what I had imagined: a quiet, secluded location and lots of comfort. The house was clean and well maintained, perfect for a relaxing break. The only downside was the neighbor's loud dog, which sometimes disturbed the idyll. Other than that, it was a very enjoyable stay that I can recommend at any time.

We had a great time at the Olivio! Surroundings is quiet and beautiful. Great view from the window to the garden and village. House belongs to Villa Unis. Each house has its own large garden section. Despite the communal pool, we fortunately had it to ourselves. The house is smaller than expected, but was just right for two adults and a three-year-old child. It was very clean. The walking restaurant is highly recommended, as is the location. Kata was always easily accessible. Because we liked it so much, we have extended our vacation there. Thank you very much - we would come back again!

Leonard and his wife were very kind and welcoming, beginning to end. They were very responsive to our contacts with them and proactive in ensuring we were comfortable and had all we needed. They kindly invited us to join them and the wider family at a homemade pizza party in the garden one evening and later even brought us unexpected sweet treats. The property and it's garden estate were beautiful. We had gorgeous views from 3 sides of our apartment , mountains one way, across the valley another, and over the large garden on the 3rd side. All of the outlooks beautiful. It would be perfectly possible to use taxis and trains to get around the general area though having our own car there was very convenient for shopping and travelling as some attractions and facilities are several miles away. I feel our trip would have been less rich without a car. I'd describe the apartment as comfortable if rustic, but we had all we needed whether cooker, fridge, micro, washing machine etc.

Claudia is a great host, always very helpful and super nice. We felt very comfortable. The apartments have everything you need, the pool is great - very clean and with a wonderful view. The location is also great - in about 15 minutes you are in the Volterra and up to San Gimignano you only need half an hour. We will be happy to come back and thank you for the delicious oil and the nice holiday!

We had a lovely stay at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!

Ciao, This house and his environment are amazing. It's a real paradise world. A realm of peace and well being. The garden is wonderful, the swimming pool is excellent with the diving and long enough to swim a lot, the river and the forest all around look like a fairy tale. The place is so calm and relaxing. Each morning, when we woke up, we went outside to have our breakfast under nature noises such as birds, trees and waterfall... And what about Barbara and Fulvio? They're so nice and so helpful without being intrusive. They're always available and ready to improve our stay. They are concerned by our confort and they don't hesitate to make us discover typical meals. Thanks to them and we're so happy to meet italian people like them.

We stayed in this house during the Lucca fair. The hosts immediately welcomed us warmly, along with the very sweet dog Luna, making us feel like we were at home. The house is located above a hill of Balbano, thus ensuring a great silence. Having a large garden, it also has ample parking, which is not to be underestimated. The house is still under renovation so it's a nice house, but with a few small fixes still missing. Overall a good experience.

Alfredo is an excellent host, responsive, helpful and informative. The accommodation was as expected and the location is idyllic.

We found the apartment very clean and as described, and the hosts were very friendly. They gave us tips for excursions upon arrival. Anna Maria and her husband have designed a little paradise here. If you are looking for peace, you will also find it in this beautiful environment. The terrace is not only perfect for sunsets, but also for the view of the starry sky! The space was sufficient for us with two children, as we were usually outside anyway. We can recommend the small shop in neighboring Colle d'Orano. We really enjoyed the week in Patresi!

It is not necessary to use redundant words to say how well we had; it is evident that in Sandra's delightful little house everything has been arranged to make the stay of guests as pleasant as possible. Cleanliness, accessories, location, parking space, tranquility of the area... and the list could continue for a long time; and then what about Sandra, a person of out-of-the-ordinary sunshine who welcomes his guests with a smile that is like a hug.... thank you very much and congratulations, we really hope to return!

Clean and comfortable. Great to cook in the kitchen. Nice big shower with good pressure and enough towels. Enjoyed our 4 nights during the New Year and the heating was very good. Great location.

We've been there for the second time and look forward to the third time;)

A relaxing getaway away from the city bustle. The flat is comfortable and offers everything one needs for a stay.

Michela was a fantastic host. Check-in and check-out were super easy and flexible. From restaurants, beaches, excursions, etc., she put together a great handbook. Everything just like in the description - we especially enjoyed the lower couch lounge, as well as the small beach right in front of the house. The kitchens are also equipped with everything you need. The street we are open to Michaela communicates a little loud but didn't bother us any further. For strong coffee users, I recommend taking a Bialetti or the like. Otherwise, there are capsule coffee machines. The villa we stayed in was extremely comfortable, well equipped and clean. Equipped with a large living area and an outdoor area ideal for us who had two children who could play freely in the courtyard and garden. Also, having lunch outside under a large porch was really a great condition. The parking space inside the property, the proximity to the sea and downtown with its amenities ( supermarket, pharmacy, pizzeria, ...) have made our vacation perfect. Mr. Alessandro was an attentive host, extremely courteous and helpful.
