The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

There are two bedrooms with double beds and two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. The house is accessed by an external staircase. The outdoor pergola is furnished with table and chairs/lounge chairs The beach, about 250 meters away, can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The house has a garden, with lawn, reserved of approx. 200 square meters.

The area is quite private, even with respect to my main home, and separated by vegetation and other features.
