Our farmhouse was completely renovated in 2017 in the original Marche style. The house is bright and modern and equipped with all comforts. An outdoor garden offers sweeping views of the hills. The quiet and peaceful place will make you spend days of full relaxation! In the garden you will find Wendy, a friendly playful Labrador who will be adopted by you for the duration of your vacation, and some cats. NB Tourist tax: the municipality of Senigallia applies a tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person for those over 14 years of age, up to a maximum of 7 days of stay

Laura's Country House

The old brick farmhouse is located near the historic center. It is spread across two floors. The first floor consists of a large living room, kitchen and a bathroom and the second floor consists of 3 furnished and comfortable bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, all for the exclusive use of guests. There is a garden and an olive grove with 70 olive trees. The farmhouse is also 10 km away from the sea. There is a beautiful pool to relax in 😍 This is the official listing to ask for info. La Casa delle Rondini is an accommodation located in the historic center of Fermo, close to the square, main museums and services. A few minutes' walk and you are in the most important area of the city, full of events. It is located near the bus stop, 7 km from the sea and the station, a short distance from the A14 both to the south (8 km) and to the north (15 km). Immersed in the typical countryside of the area where the hills, carpeted with fields of wheat, sunflowers and vineyards, envelop the eye without parsimony. The farmhouse is surrounded by various types of trees: mulberry trees, rose gardens, fruit trees and the historic passion for flowers of all kinds.

The house is a small apartment converted from a Marche-style farmhouse. Traditional furnishings revisited in a modern way and the use of natural materials make it authentic, cozy and intimate. It is located on the ground floor, overlooking a large lawn with a view of the green hills. It has a kitchenette with a fridge, sink, two electric hobs and a microwave.
