This is a penthouse with a terrace which overlooks the sea. The palace is located on the beach and you just need to make 4 floors of elevator to stand with your feet on the sand. From the terrace you have breathtaking sunsets. You sleep lulled by the sound of the sea. The bathing establishments are super equipped with every comfort but right in front of the building there is a free beach area where you can stay if you don't want to rent. This luxurious yurt, with its own private hot-tub and fire-pit, is set in a peaceful olive grove, with sweeping views to the Majella mountain. Part of an organic olive farm, thirty minutes from Pescara Airport. Magnificent National Parks are nearby and the local restaurants are excellent too. Regretably, we are unable to accomodate pets, or chilldren under the age of 12 and alterations to your reservation are only accomodated prior to seven days in advance.
