Tuan is a commendable host,not only did the host provide us with a spot-on place to stay based in a lovely location but also want out of the way to assist us as needed.

Beautiful home, cleanest place we have stayed so far and spacious! Location wise, you’re about 5-10min grab from city centre which is great. It is located in a developing area so there isn’t much around and a there’s a bit of garbage lying around the streets. Other than that, it is worth every penny and would definitely recommend.

I went to Da Nang for the first time and it was a really satisfying accommodation. You can also walk to the beach, and all nearby Korean marts and Korean restaurants are all within walking distance!! I had a good stay without any inconvenience!! I'll visit again even if it's different!

This is the best place to stay in Da Nang. It's a 7-bedroom accommodation.

It's a good value pool villa. There are a lot of mosquitoes. Apart from that, it's a good accommodation.

It's exactly what it looks like in the actual pics. The water quality of the pool was also very good. And the host was very responsive. I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days, and I had a good stay in a very quiet place comfortably. Above all, it was nice that it was a bit far from the city center. It is not a structure on the second and third floors, but a first-floor structure, so it was nice to be able to share a lot of things such as communication and stories with my companions.

Sensational apartment in a lovely building that is close to everything you need. The hosts were wonderful and responsive and even when the washing machine broke down - it was fixed and usable within two hours. Amazing service, wonderful long stay for me here - highly recommend recommended.

I book late the host is very quick and enthusiastic. Villa in a quiet neighborhood 5 minutes ride from the sea. Will come back when coming to Da Nang.

The listing looks like the photos. It was spacious and well structured for 3 people to stay. All three rooms have a beautiful view, and they are automatic curtains. Three rooms are spacious for yourself, plenty of private closets, and a spacious bed. The bedding and towels were clean and generous. The cleaning is in great condition. No bugs. It was a nice scented place to stay. There is a water purifier attached to the refrigerator. The couch was comfortable. There is only a TV in the living room, and it is on the big side. There is a large balcony in the living room and a washing machine when you go out. It's comfortable because it has two keys. You have to take the elevator key and press the number of floors. There are staff in the lobby. We didn't get to use the pool, but it was big and clean to look at. There is a swimming pool in the back of the building. There are plenty of indoor shoes. There were plenty of towels. My friend left the charger, and he brought it to another hotel. Thank you so much. I loved the two nights I stayed here. Friendly and clean accommodation. It's really good value for money, so I want to recommend it unconditionally.

The apartment is small but I felt comfortable during my stay. The area is quite busy with a large local open market across the street. Next door and close by there are other minimarkets so shopping for groceries is quite convenient. The beach area is a short 10 minute walk. Carol is a great host; always proactive and responsive to make sure you are taken care of. Overall I had a nice experience and would recommend.

Everything same as the pictures, very responsive and helpful. We can put our luggage early and check out a few hours late. They also respond very quick with emergency issue. However, location is not in city and there are no restaurants or supermarkets or shops for tourists within walking distance.

The most disadvantage of Da Nang accommodation was the bathroom drainage, but this place was very clean, well drained, and so kind. ~ There was Yangpyeong Haejangguk on the first floor, so the children loved it so much. ^ ^
