Welcome to our Kate in Mönkebude – Mönke's Kate and Meer – at the Szczecin Lagoon of the Baltic Sea Our monument-protected Kate by the sea is at your disposal for your relaxation. The Kate was built about 1850 as an extension for the former large barn house of a fishing family of Mönkebude and used for living until about 1982. Today, our guests recover between the old half-timbered walls made of bricks, clay plastered walls and under the beautiful Reeth roof on about 80 square meters of living space.

In the middle of the “Am Stettiner Haff” nature park and on the edge of the Ahlbecker Seegrund nature reserve, our romantic farmhouse from the early years of the last century is located on a large, fenced property. The farm consists of a house surrounded by linden and spruce trees with a well-kept front garden lined with boxwood and an adjoining thatched barn.

We welcome you in a two-storey, 150 year old brick house which has been lovingly restored by us. The apartment is on the ground floor and is wheelchair accessible. It consists of two rooms, kitchen and bathroom, and is for 2-4 persons. There is the possibility to put an extra bed in the bedroom. The rooms can be comfortably heated by a tiled stove, wood is available.
