The house is 94 sqm and contains two large bedrooms, a small bathroom, a large and spacious entrance hall, a new kitchen and a large living room with two large sofas that can be used as beds. Everything was refurbished in 2017. There is an outdoor area with evening sun that belongs to the house, as well as parking outside. Right by the beach, the forest, the mountains and the city. Whether you want to travel, climb, kite or just relax. Heating is provided by a heat pump, a wood-burning stove and panel radiators.

The apartment is literally located on Bragernes Torg. Here, everything is within easy reach. Shops and restaurants just outside the door. It is also a short distance to the countryside and Åspavlijongen. The place has its own indoor parking space. The bus stops right outside the door and the train station is only a short walk across the city bridge. Some of the pictures differ slightly from what it will look like, as some of the furniture will be replaced. The place has 2 bedrooms with double beds.

The property is located about 600 meters on the upper side of the farm. It is not possible to drive up if you do not have an off-road car or similar. The nearest grocery store is 6 km away.

This cabin is about 3 km walk from where you park your car. The last km is steep uphill. When you enter the cabin, you will find beautiful scenery and great opportunities for hiking in Norwegian nature. It is quiet and peaceful without traffic nearby. From 1 January to 1 April, it can be difficult to get to the cabin due to a lot of snow.
