Norwegian "cabin standard" includes a combustion toilet and washing up by hand. Hot and cold water is available in the bathroom, user instructions are included.

The same goes for Vannverksdammen, which offers good swimming opportunities in the summer. Prepared ski slopes at Konnerud, and a short way to 2 downhill slopes!

The apartment is one of nine commonhold apartments in a charming brick building from the 1930s. It is 4 minutes away from the centre of Drammen by car, bus or electric e-scooter (bus and train stop). It takes between 10 and 20 minutes to walk to hiking and ski trails, Elvepromenaden, Elvebadstu, Union Scene, the library, sports stadium, indoor swimming pool, basketball court, bowling alley, gym, restaurants, cinema and bars. The shopping centre, Spiralen view, Lekeland, Megazone and the climbing halls are 10 minutes away by car.

The apartment is literally located on Bragernes Torg. Here, everything is within easy reach. Shops and restaurants just outside the door. It is also a short distance to the countryside and Åspavlijongen. The place has its own indoor parking space. The bus stops right outside the door and the train station is only a short walk across the city bridge. Some of the pictures differ slightly from what it will look like, as some of the furniture will be replaced. The place has 2 bedrooms with double beds.
