Relax in this simple, unique and quiet home. Here you live in the middle of nature but still centrally. Biking distance to NÄL hospital approx. 3.4 km. To the center it is about 5 km. And swimming lake 4 km. Båberg meeting 5 km. To exercise tracks and ski tracks, it is only 50 meters. Maybe the exerciser will fit in before Trollhättan's action week. Or the student at the university west. Or the staff at NÄL. Or just get away to the forest just around the corner from the house. I hope you enjoy yourselves.

Centralt och smidigt boende i centrala delar av Trollhättan. En liten studiolägenhet på 14 m2. Trots detta finns allt man kan önska sig i bostaden. Väldigt nära till Högskolan Väst. Numera finns även en liten smart 32-tums TV på väggen. OBS Under 12 januari till 6 feb 2026 kommer hissen i fastigheten att renoveras och vara ur funktion.

Cottage on a garden plot close to nice swimming areas and excellent hiking trails. Five beds, two of which are in the living room. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, microwave and air fryer as well as a refrigerator (no dishwasher or oven). The shower is outdoors.
