The house is open-plan with plenty of glass, and the outdoor area is large and has several different spaces: a balcony section, a dining area, a sun deck, and several seating options in the sun or shade, as well as an outdoor shower, sauna and hot tub. A barbecue and parasols are also provided. Resturang Alberts 2 minutes down the hill towards town, as well as local pizzerias a couple of streets away. Outdoor gym o Elljusspår/ski tracks 5 minutes

Spacious and comfortable bungalow with four bedrooms and plenty of space for family or friends. Privacy-protected rear with hot tub, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, hob and grill, and table tennis table, perfect for socialising and relaxing. Close to nature with running tracks. Walking distance to grocery store, pizzeria and train station, Gothenburg can be reached in about 25 minutes. Lake with nice swimming area is about 13 km away, about 15 minutes by car. Tenants are responsible for cleaning. We provide cleaning supplies. Cleaning available for purchase for SEK 1500.

Kayaks, 2-person fishing kayaks and stand-up paddleboards are available for hire. 10 minutes by car to Trollhättan, 20 minutes to Uddevalla and Vänersborg. New for summer 25/26 is a new comfortable and cosy sofa bed, as well as a new outdoor kitchen and a party cooler that also works well as an extra fridge! Close to the mushroom forest and hiking trails. There is a swimming lake about 800 meters away. Three bicycles are available and a kayak to borrow. Jacuzzi is available on the terrace which is heated all year round. Access to sauna. Silence and tranquility that you won't find in the big cities. 10 minutes to the nearest city center, Älvängen. 5 minutes to the nearest small store. 40 minutes to Gothenburg. 700 meters to the nearest bus stop. Guests have access to the whole house.

The second bedroom has a bed that's 120 cm wide. The guest house, has a new double bed, a big wardrobe and its own toilet and sink. Stay connected with fast fiber internet. In the basement under the terrace is a guest apartment with private entrance, modern bathroom, kitchenette, and beautiful lake view from the bed.
