This clear and pleasant house is located on a quiet street close to the city center (10 minute walk). It has a small garden overlooking the trees of a park. Metro line 1 (to Stade Pierre Mauroy) is a 5-minute walk (Gambetta stop). V'Lilles (bicycles) are available all around. Les Halles de Wazemmes is 350m away. During the month of August, possibility to have a private (free) and secure aerial parking space 40m from the house on the same street.
