Outstanding stylish 3 bedrooms flat - Barranco

Brand new furnished 3 bedrooms flat in the best area of Barranco, close to restaurants, museums, parks, and major roads. Living space of 90m2. We won't share the flat with another group of guests. It's located in a secure building that has Gym, Terrace, S. Pool, and additional areas as a Function room and BBQ (T&C applies). Unfortunately, there are one construction site around and some noise could be expected from 8am to 5pm during weekdays.

The apartment is big and confortable, it has all the necessary furniture and equipment and its located on one of the best areas in Miraflores, just a couple of blocks from Kennedy Park and 4 blocks from the waterfront promenade and a very well stocked supermarket just at 80 meters and at a walking distance from bars, clubs and the best restaurants.
