Great location with a lovely balcony overlooking the park and the ocean. Lots to do nearby, including many great restaurants. This is a perfect apartment for either a short or extended stay while in Lima. I would definitely go back to Gianfranco’s place and would recommend to friends and family.

I greatly enjoyed my four week stay at Ceasar's Airbnb. The place is as good a deal as you will find in Lima in or a short walking distance to Barranco and Miraflores. Other Airbnbs in the area are at least 30% more. Google maps should show you the short cut walking route to Barranco and Miraflores. It's past the backside of the Plaza Vea (which has a great cheap supermarket in it) and eventually to the Barranco and Miraflores signs, from there you are another 5-10 minute walk to the famous cliffs that overlook the ocean. From the door of the apartment to the cliffs is about a 15-20 minute walk total. There is a nice quiet part right next to the apartment and many other parks in the nieghborhood. Ceasar and his cousin Victor who helps him run the Airbnb are both fluent in English, very honest, and will answer any questions for you. Thank you Ceasar and Victor!

My stay at Frank's Airbnb was excellent. From the beginning, she was very nice and helpful, always willing to attend to my requests. Wonderful stay! Really Doña Paola and Diego were extremely friendly. I highly recommend this place. Everything worked out perfect and they had more than what one could ask for for a good stay.

I was for a week and the stay was super good, if I would score higher than 5 I would ⭐️ not hesitate to put more stars. The apartment is well implemented the place is very quiet and accessible, it has a very quiet and beautiful park, in conclusion the next time I return I will not hesitate to return to this place, RECOMMENDED 10/10. We spent some incredible days, I celebrated my birthday with family and friends. The house is beautiful, many things to do, the guys spent super playing basketball, football. Jerson, Nelson, Arancely and others, were attentive to our questions and requests. Thank you very much, we are sure we will be back.

The super friendly host responds quickly gives you security they guide you feel like at home super comfortable and quiet , I went with my family and we spent an incredible few days 💚 God through coming back , at all times they ask you if you need anything and they are loaning you are very genuine and helpful from their dad and Giorgo

Roberto's house is as described, super spacious to spend with family or friends. The pool is big and perfect to be around all day long. Roberto is petfriendly, so we were able to go with our kittens who also enjoyed a lot. As an improvement, I would suggest equipping kitchen utensils a little more, especially if families stay who plan to cook instead of going out to eat in restaurants. Thank you Roberto 😊

This is the second time staying in a Juan Daniel apartment, and it's certainly not the last. As a host it is a 10/10, always willing to help and attentive to your well being. The apartment is very small, but has everything you need. It's perfect for someone like me who works remotely, travels alone, and doesn't spend much time in the house. The neighborhood is quiet and very well connected to buses, the Metropolitano, combis and mototaxis. If you want to know life in Lima as it really is, and buy in the market, go on public transport and meet the people who live there, it is the ideal accommodation. I hope to return to the same apartment soon.

It was a unique experience, an apartment with a balcony to the sea and the Larcomar, the day I return to Lima I will try to be there again. It's worth it.
