The cozy townhouse is located in a small old street within walking distance (5 minutes) of the city center, the Designer Outlet Center where you can shop, Theater, Cinema, Restaurants and Terraces, Water Sports and Culture, really everything within reach. We are super enthusiastic about our property and its location, and we are sure that you will be too. The property is for you only (2 people, no co-residents).

This centrally located accommodation is tastefully decorated with lots of plants, flowers and nice ornaments. The house also has a long garden (30 meters) with sun loungers and a patio where you can enjoy a delicious meal. Furthermore, we have really tried to give it a Mediterranean atmosphere and we think this has been quite successful :) Within 8 minutes' walk, you are already at the station, and within 12 minutes, you are practically in the city center.

The renovated bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink with washbasin and toilet, washing machine and dryer. We are a working couple and would like to make our house available to people who come to Maastricht temporarily for pleasure or work.
