Location The villa is just a few steps from the characteristic square, the Vrijthof, with the two churches Saint Servatius and St. John, the theater and the museum at the Vrijthof and the many terraces. In walking distance you will find downtown with great restaurants, bars, terraces and nice shops. You won't notice the vibrancy of downtown in this villa. It is very quiet and you will probably only hear the sound of Servaas church. There is a big parking around the corner at a 25 meter walk. Pick the day, relax and unwind in our spacious stylish house. Enjoy the large garden where chickens scurry and rabbits enjoy themselves in their run. Experience the fantastic view that makes you believe with moments if you are in France. Our house is on the ground floor and step-free and therefore suitable for wheelchair use. You can have a very spacious living room and kitchen, TV room, bedrooms, spacious bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. Furthermore, there is a laundry room and garage.

The house is contemporary in design with water views. There are 5 different terraces including 2 cozy verandas, 1 of which has a wood stove. The bathroom with a rain shower is experienced by guests as a wellness area. In the spacious bedroom on the ground floor, there is a king-size double bed and a good single bed. On the first floor, there is a double bed in a separate open space. The large lawn is available for a wonderful game of football or badminton!

Our thatched holiday villa in Midden-Limburg offers everything for a lovely break. An unobstructed location on the edge of a park, bordering the forest. The villa has 2 floors. On the ground floor you will find the spacious living room with French doors to the veranda and an open kitchen, a hall with toilet and the stairs upstairs and a utility room with washing machine and dryer. Upstairs are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with hot tub and a Finnish sauna.
