Για την είσοδο  στον ενοικιαζόμενο χώρο υπάρχει ανοιχτή εσωτερική σκάλα που επικοινωνεί με τον διάδρομο της εξώπορτας του ισογείου.(Ο ιδιοκτήτης διαμένει σε κάποια από τα δωμάτια του ισογείου)
