Holiday rentals with a patio in Limmen

I had a great two day stay. I didn’t make use of the bikes but certainly would have if I’d stayed longer. The accommodation is very close to everything, had all you need and Stefania was very helpful. Thank you.

The house is located in the elegant and tranquil upscale rich district, half an hour from Amsterdam central station train station and it takes only 10 minutes to go to the train station.The town itself is an idyllic canal setting with beautiful views.We love our community and our time spent here.Will come back again!

A quiet place, close to Amsterdam. Bussum doesn’t have many things to do, but you can surely find a market to cover your needs. Also it is a 10 minute walk to the train station and makes transportation very easy.

Stylish tiny home walkable to centre of city.. Lots of good restaurants and cafes nearby. Home was tidy. Bas was responsive to message and no issues.

Cute and cozy spot with beautiful surroundings and accommodating hosts, conveniently close to the city without all the hustle & bustle. We especially loved renting a boat nearby at Bootverhuur Overleek and exploring the surrounding villages along picturesque canals. A lovely spot to stay.

Such a lovely home. We loved it. So nicely decorated and such a sweet garden space. We loved using the bbq. Was a 30 min uber to Amsterdam and keukenhoff.

We had a great time at this charming very well equipped and very well-located house. We were greeted by Astrid and Nico who had prepared delicious apple pudding for our arrival. We recommend eyes closed.

It was already our third vacation at this property. As before, we were particularly impressed by the friendliness of the hostess Martine and the inviting and cozy atmosphere in the cottage. The accommodation offers everything you need. Highlights include the fully and cleverly equipped kitchen, the quiet and private location as well as the helpful and very current tips on Martine's surroundings. If you bring (or rent) your bike or e-bike, you can store it in a protected place and securely connect it to a ring embedded in the wall. Two external sockets allow charging of e-bike batteries. The location of the vacation home allows a variety of excursions on foot, by bike or by car. Communication with Martine is easy and relaxed, so you really always feel at home. We'll be happy to come back!

We had a very pleasant stay. Nicely decorated, luxurious and very spacious with nice bathroom and bedrooms.

Anna-Marijke is an amazing host! Super friendly, enthusiastic, and always quick to respond. She sent me many great recommendations of things to do around Bergen. When our weekend unexpectedly took a turn for the worse because of a personal accident, she was incredibly kind and supportive. A very human and not business approach that was super appreciated. The little house is clearly made with a lot of care and love and its a wonderful place to stay. Definitely recommend and hope to return someday under different circumstances.

Characterful old property accessed by typical, steep winding stairs. Lovely bright reception room overlooking a lively square with lots of cafes and very pretty lit up at night. Secondary glazing at the back ensures a quiet night but bedroom windows don’t appear to open so hard to air the back of the property. Excellent location for the main sites. Great speciality coffee shop at street level. Joost is a delightful and communicative host.

Words cannot express just how fortunate we were to find this place. Amanda is a fabulous host, responsive, friendly and so welcoming. The location is excellent, a short walk from the centre of town and likewise to the train station. So peaceful and handy amenities on the doorstep. We absolutely loved our stay in this beautiful apartment! The location is perfect—right in the heart of De Pijp, surrounded by great coffee shops, restaurants, and a lively street market. Plus, it’s just a short walk to the underground, which made getting around super easy. The apartment is stunning—spacious yet cozy, with a comfy couch and fireplace that made it a great place to unwind after exploring the city. We also loved the spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom—it added such a fun, unique touch. But the best part? The hosts. So kind, responsive, and welcoming. They made everything easy and enjoyable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Walkable distance from Beverwijk station. From Amsterdam, you need to take NS which takes 32 mins. Frequency of train is every 20-30 mins. Nice place to stay. we reached late night as well and place is safe.

Great apartment and home away from home while visiting Amsterdam. The apartment had great amenenities and was SUPER clean. Toby was a great communicator and worked with us to allow us to keep our luggage in the apartment since we had an evening flight. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood about 20 minutes away from downtown via metro but only 10-15 via bikes. There are some restaurants nearby and the metro is within easy walking distance. We were a family of 4 and the apartment was the ideal size for our family.

I can definitely recommend this accommodation. I rented the little studio and it was perfect for a solo vacation (but it also works for two people). Wilma and her family are very friendly and always making sure that everything is right. The surrounding nature is so beautiful. Take your bike or walk around and enjoy the landscape. The farm is a bit more outside in the fields, so a bike or a car can make the way to and from the frame easier. All in all I can recommend if you are looking for a beautiful and quiet place to spend a couple of day, but also want to visit the city.
