This 80 sqm beautiful 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom apartment with ocean view with its own parking space is separated from the rest of the buildings on a 1.5 acre property. On the property are 3 more apartments and a main house which is occupied by the owners. The huge lush green tropical garden is a save and tranquil oasis outside of Puerto Limon, 5 min to a small beach, restaurants, Cocori Nature Reserve and 10 min to downtown. This accommodation is ideal for couples, families or small groups.

The house has mosquito netting, 4 bedrooms for a total 7 persons, 2 bathrooms with hot water, air conditioning only on the first floor (room), living room with couch and satellite TV and two small terraces. 100 meters from the beach. Access to the second floor is via the external staircase, as depicted in the main photo of our advertisement. our house has two water sources: one from AyA and the other from a well. We recommend purchasing drinking water.
