Once upon a time, in a small village surrounded by peace and olive trees, there was a little stone house. On the ground floor there is a manger, and on the first floor there is a barn and a drying room. 300 years have passed and the little house is still there, completely renovated with modern comforts but with its heart in a timeless past. A sunny terrace where you can sunbathe in total privacy and a patio where you can eat by moonlight. To be enjoyed in the cool in summer or in the warmth in winter with the person you love.

Cascina della Contessa Small

Housed in a newly renovated 18th-century farmhouse, this cozy little nest combines original salvaged furnishings and modern touches. At the foot of the Alps and the ski slopes, located in the center of the village but surrounded by a large fenced private park, it offers shaded spaces to relax, a barbecue area and a bike shelter. Lucinasco is an idyllically located mountain village in Liguria. Even the journey through lush olive groves is a great pleasure. The production of olive oil shapes the entire village life. A small lake is located at the exit of the village. Hanging weeping willows surround the shore and an old chapel from the Middle Ages completes the picture well. From Casa Vittoria you have a beautiful view over the olive groves to the Cathedral of Santa Maddalena and the sea. A walk there is always worth it.

Casa Vacanze La Nurea is located in the quiet hamlet of Festiona near the cross-country ski trails. A few kilometers from the Municipality of Demonte. Ideal for those who love a stay or a vacation surrounded by the nature of the Stura Valley with its many trails On the ground floor, there is a large kitchen and bathroom with washing machine; on the upper floor, reached by an internal staircase, there is a double bedroom with balcony and a single bedroom with the possibility of adding a cot.

A flight of stairs leads to a bright living area with sofa bed, bathroom and bedroom all on the same level. The kitchen overlooks the large garden with private pool, solarium area and gazebo equipped for outdoor dining, also thanks to the convenient barbecue and outdoor sink. Parking is adjacent to the property and the outdoor spaces are spacious and usable. Located in a strategic position to tackle cycling routes and with direct access to the ski slopes of the Festiona Cross-Country Ski Center. Suitable for those who need to work remotely thanks to a fast internet connection. Pets are allowed and smoking is not allowed.

The location is excellent for exploring the Cuneo valleys, and is just minutes from Cuneo and neighbouring towns.
