Newly built and well-planned Attefall house, 30 m². The area is quiet and green, with easy access to outdoor spaces. The house is brand new and has its own entrance from a shared car park, with a hallway, an open-plan living room/kitchen, a bathroom, one bedroom and a large loft. The fully equipped kitchen has a combined oven/microwave, a large fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a washer-dryer. The separate bedroom has a 160-cm bed and a wardrobe. The loft has two 90-cm mattresses and a low ceiling.

Newly-built mini villa with a luxurious feel in scenic areas. Lake and canoe rental can be reached within a short walking distance, Tyresta nature reserve is located next to the house with miles of hiking trails and running tracks. Unwind in the hot tub under the stars. Here, you can breathe in the calm while the city pulse is only a 15-minute drive away. Without a car, you can easily get in by bus instead. Cozy cottage at the edge of the forest

In scenic Trångsund, 18 minutes from Stockholm Central Station, you will find this cosy cottage. A ten-minute walk takes you to the centre of Trångsund with a grocery store, pharmacy, kiosk, dry cleaners, shoemaker and simple restaurants. In the same amount of time, you can walk to the nearest swimming area or the popular café and restaurant Villa Printz. The cottage is located right at the edge of the forest. From here, you can hear woodpeckers and other birds, and at dawn, foxes, roe deer and hares often pad by.

Charming cabin on the water in Saltsjöbaden

Charming cabin that fits up to six people. Please be advised that it is a rather small cabin and not a house, so if you are six adults and not used to Scandinavian cabins it may feel a bit tight. Toilet in the cabin and access to a shower/sauna in an adjacent building and a gazebo in the garden. The cabin was entirely redecorated and a new kitchen installed in September 2019. Most furniture is from 2016. Possible to get to it by public transportation, but even better if you have access to a car.

House only 20 minutes from Stockholm City. The view and surroundings are spectacular. It is a natural lake reserve with beautiful forrest where you will walk alone and just hear the birds. From both the room and the sauna you have the lake just outside the window and there is such a feeling of tranquility. The house fits 2people. Extra guests will get new black house next door. Possible with up to 7 people. 2 guests in the RED lakehouse and 5 people in the new BLACK house 20 meters from lake.

Enjoy 50 m2 houseboat with it’s own sauna and panoramic views of the water. Swim directly from the bedroom. You will have a memorable experience because of the views, the beautiful location, the garden, and the jetty with it’s sundeck. Our boat is suitable for couples who like to surprise or celebrate their partner, adventurers who want to get close to the nature and to still be near Stockholm. A canoe is avalible in summertime. We also offer an add-on spa & wood-heated sauna in eveningtime.

Just 20 km from the million-plus city of Stockholm, you can live and experience a centuries-old rural idyll with a farm and free-range animals. Here is also the entrance to the National Park with unique nature and very old forest, silence and glittering forest lakes. Here you will live comfortably in one of the historic buildings from the early 1700s, with kitchen and bathroom. Here you can stay if you intend to visit Tyresta village and/or the national park and nature reserve.
