Short distance to the city center, beaches, Furulunden ("The City's Green Pharmacy", is called the forest that you will find between the sea and the city), swimming areas in fresh water. Typical southern center (walking distance about 10 min) with small niche shops and good restaurants. Lindesnes lighthouse, Norway's southernmost point is a short drive away. The zoo and Sørlandsbadet is also just a short drive. The place is suitable for 1 or 2 families. Sun from morning to night.

Centrally located with 50 meters to the Alti center, 300 meters to the cozy pedestrian street in the center of Mandal and 1 km to Furulunden and beautiful shorelines. Bed linen and towels can be rented. Preferably hosts families and adults, as this is an old protected residential area in Mandal. No smoking and animals allowed. Entrance at the back of the house. Grilling på gassgrill eller å sitte ute under varme lamper på kvelden er noen av mulighetene om en ønsker mat og kveldskos ute.
