Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Lingya District

Second time living (room type with bathtub for this stay) It's a temporary year looking for a place to stay on this side of the place, which is a nice addition to the previous guest's temporary check-out, so you can live there. Pretty much what other occupants have commented on Bad smell comes from pipes and outside the windows (the smell of food fumes accumulated in the restaurant logistics) Unit 105 does smell.(Later communicated with host immediately provided air freshener for use, thank you) (But I still have it myself to buy deodorizing spray once in the room) Midnight hours 10: 00-4: 00 From time to time you hear critters running around the ceiling and behind the locked cabinet. Sometimes woke up. (It wasn't too loud to stay at 104 before, 105 was in such a condition.) This time, due to the age of staying for nearly a dozen days, I may not have encountered a room without changing bed sheets, pillowcases, and towels for more than a dozen days. The convenience of this bnb for a long time in and check out has always been appreciated to have such a space. The common spaces are clean, but some corners of the rooms will have old marks, especially in the wood with a lot of humidity in the bathroom.I don't mind if it differs from person to person. Overall very good location, response issues were quickly responded to. Would like to stay in other room types in the future.(Personal experience is for documentation only)

Near the center of Kaohsiung, with a long list of restaurants and only a short metro ride to everywhere including the international airport, and the more tourist places like Qijin District and Shoushan National Natural Park.

We had an amazing experience staying here for 2.5 months! Our host was incredibly welcoming and always quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. His communication was clear and consistent, which made everything so easy and stress-free. The place was comfortable and well-kept, and he made sure we had everything we needed for a great stay. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a friendly and attentive host!

Great price deal for a great location!

I had a good time at Summer’s apartment in Kaohsiung. It was very clean and well equipped. The sound of the karaoke did not bother me. I can recommend it if you’re not easily disturbed by singers with questionable quality ;)

Like many nearby attractions You can walk to the light rail There is also a beautiful library where you can rent ubike to buy goods convenience stores

The service is amazing, I will definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in Kaohsiung!

As long as you’re okay with an older building and room, this is a fantastic option. It’s super convenient, with easy access to everything you might need. The host was very responsive, and right outside, you’ll find plenty of small local shops, convenience stores, and a major shopping center. Plus, if you need to get around, it’s right next to the light rail stop, which connects to the main station. Highly recommend, especially if you plan on staying for a long time and are looking for something more cost effective.

Felt like your own apartment home with everything can reach in walking distance. Bus station right outside the building which can take you to 後驛 KMRT or you can choose to walk further to the light rail station like 5 min. The host Eric is very helpful and quick response when comes to communication. We have nice stay and will recommend to friends.

Nice place with lots of room for our family of 5. We rented a car, and the free parking space in the garage was very convenient. There is a breakfast place only 1 block away that is run by 3 ladies, and it's good and very cheap. The host is very responsive and answered all my questions quickly.

The building itself is a bit rundown like the host stated in the description. However, you really can’t find a better location if you are a solo traveller to Kaohsiung on a budget: right outside of the main train station which is connected to airport and high speed rail station via subway. The neighbourhood has fast food restaurants, breakfast stands, and convenience stores all nearby. The Liuhe Night Market is also within walking distance. Would highly recommend.

The apartment is in on a quiet lane, but nearby some great local restaurants. The living area & bedrooms were a good size and were comfortable. AC was available throughout. The kitchen had all the essentials so you can either order in or cook yourself. The parking outside allowed for us to park a medium sized SUV flush against the wall. Have to say the older couple who lived next door were super friendly and helped us get parked and wished us good morning and good evening each time we saw them.

Great location. The host is very friendly and fast to the problem solve. Midnights Karaoke isn’t a biggest issue but it can be a little disturbing. Overall my stay was great.

Excellent apartment. Building is old but the place is clean and spacious.
