Lillstugan

Lillstugan is one of the houses on our small farm. The house dates back to the 18th century and has in recent years been renovated with retained older country style. Three bedrooms, the large one upstairs has a double bed, the smaller one has two single beds. One bedroom with a single bed on the ground floor. The kitchen is modernly equipped. Large garden with outdoor furniture. On the farm, there are sheep and cows. At the lake, about 150 meters from the house, there is a swimming jetty. Rowing boat and sauna available to rent. Close to meadows, forest and walking paths.

Tjänstebostaden (Newly renovated 19th century house)

House outside Linköping

Quiet and peaceful accommodation just one mile outside Linköping. The accommodation is fully furnished with sleeping places for 6 people in the form of three single beds, a sofa bed with room for two and a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, etc. There is a terrace with associated table and chairs overlooking fields. Two bathrooms with shower. Bed linens and towels are not included. Free access to Wi-Fi. Cleaning of the accommodation must be done before departure.

Nilsbovägen

Here you will live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to the Göta Canal and within walking distance to Bergs locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large conservatory and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get to Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but with extra beds and sofa bed, I can accommodate up to 9 people. Only rent for a minimum of 3 nights

Beautiful accommodation with high standard.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful newly-renovated accommodation located in a rural setting. Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next. You can find your own swimming spot in nature 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with its own parking, garden and entrance separate from the main building.

Cozy Henriksborg

Charming house in the countryside with lush garden, large terrace and glassed-in patio. Here you live quietly and cozy but still close to the city – train station and ICA can be reached in 5 minutes, bus in 2 minutes and about 20 minutes to Linköping. The house has a newly-renovated bathroom and laundry room, a fresh kitchen with a dishwasher, a living room that can be used as a bedroom, a fireplace and an upper floor with two smaller beds. Perfect for both relaxation, excursions or business trips!

The wing building (left in helicopter image) gives you as a guest a private accommodation with a very high standard in a rural environment only 10 minutes from central Linköping. The house is fully equipped with kitchen and 1.5 bathrooms + sauna and hot tub outdoors. Electric car charger is available for a fee. This accommodation is best suited for the big family, girl/guy gang or the 2-3 couples who want something out of the ordinary!
