Holidays by the lake Unden

In the middle of West Götalands unspoilt nature with its lakes and forests, near the big lake Vättern, about 5 kilometers from the village of Undenäs and far away from any through traffic, the small country village of Igelstad is located, directly on the lake Unden. The village is a small collection of scattered houses and farms, of which some are permanently inhabited, while others are used as summer cottages. Here, in a large clearing in the forest, the small farm "Nolgården" is situated. The house is a separate, well-equipped classic wooden log house, built in spruce. It was thourougly renovated in 2008. There is a private bathroom, kitchen and private terrace, Internet connection (WLAN) and Amazon Fire TV (Magenta TV). A cozy fireplace and electric heating provide comfortable warmth. Directly from the house you can make nice walks in the unspoilt nature, pick berries and mushrooms, or walk to lake Unden, one of the clearest and most pristine lakes in Sweden. From the house to the west side of the peninsula, there is only 800 meters. Here you can have a swim or enjoy the sunset over Unden. The eastern shore can be reached in quarter of an hour via a forest path. By the shore a canoe lies ready for extensive reconnaissance trips to the beautiful deserted islands and quiet bays. But the area has much more to offer: the romantic Tiveden National Park, Lake Viken, Forsvik and the Göta canal with its locks, and the huge lake Vättern are just a few examples of interesting destinations.

Only 30 meters to natural pastures, the forest right next door and views out over the fields. 2.5 km to the nearest municipal swimming area and 3.5 km to the next one. Possibility to find your own swimming area in nature is 1 km away. Nice bike paths, walking paths and nice nature right at your doorstep. The accommodation is a wing building on the farm with private parking, garden and entrance secluded from the main building.

Welcome to Gula Huset in Ukna! Newly renovated house with nice garden and close to both forest and lake. Located in the middle of Ukna with about 1 hour with car to Astrid Lindgrens World and 1,5 hour to Kolmården Zoo. Two bedrooms with a double bed as well as a smaller creep with a single bed are located upstairs along with a toilet. Downstairs there is a TV room with sofa bed, a living room with fire place, toilet with shower, spacious kitchen and dining area. Perfect for the family with children or larger groups!

Here you live nicely in a spacious house in a quiet area close to Göta Canal and walking distance to Berg's locks. Proximity to nature, lakes and swimming. Large patio and patio with barbecue grill. Parking for two cars and the possibility to charge an electric car. You can easily get into Linköping city center by bus (about 20 minutes) or by car (10-15 minutes by car) Real beds for 6 people but extra beds and sofa bed I can accommodate up to 9 people. Perfect for both relaxation, excursions or business trips!

Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

Our place is located in scenic Mem about 1.2 miles from Söderköping. Here you get to enjoy both nature and water. Here is Kanalmagasinet, where you can in the summer have a good dinner, or just enjoy a cup of coffee and ice cream. Distance to beach about 8 km. Europe's largest zoo, Kolmården, is within about 3.3 miles. Our accommodation is suitable for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with children).
