Basement has a comfortable area for guests to unwind and watch a movie. There is plenty of sleeping space, 3 beds and 2 futons, 1.5 baths, large dining room table with plenty of space. Grant Wood House 1 mi to 380 & 2 mi to downtown

Warm and cozy is the best way to describe this little house. Everything you need for a comfy stay. 2 queen beds. 2 full baths. The bathroom on the main floor is small and the one in the basement is a shower and a toilet. Nothing special but it gets the job done. There is a sink down there as well. Just relax and enjoy the large smart TV with lots of channels to watch. Fireplace is for looks only. Do Not use. Mt. Mercy complex is to the back of the house.
