Maximilian's house really looks the same as on the pictures, if not better. He is a very accommodating host who is easy to reach and inquires about the well-being of his guests. We are happy to recommend this place, especially with the view from the hot tub.

a very clean, pleasant home. perfect location and home for a family vacation with a large group. everything is tip top in order. Robert is a very friendly and polite host. We immediately got a warm and homely feeling upon arrival. Definitely recommended!

We had such a great time at Marion and Felix's place. They gave us amazingly great recommendations, and we couldn't even get to them all . If you come here do go to Kondiitorei Grellinger has incredible cakes and ice cream, Hacklpizza has surprisingly GREAT pizza, and Lehamn's Kulturcafe is super-relaxed and the food simple and fresh. You are minutes away from a public swimming spot,and swimming in the Traunstein in July was plenty warn - I thought warmer than the Alte Donau just a few days earlier, and so clean. We didn't miss having a TV at all, it;s such a relaxing place to be - and it takes about 10 minutes to get to the train station where you can get to places like Bad Ischl, and Ebensee if you exhaust the walks in Gmunden. There are great walks at Feuerkogel (Ebensee) and Katrin (Bad Ischl). I hope to come back to Gmunden, and if we do we will certainly stay here or at their loft room. This house was so beautiful and my family members spent a hilarious and peacefule time in here. Everything was perfect. I'll stay here again if I back to Gmunden. Thanks to Anna.

We had booked three nights in house no. 15 of the Lipno Club for the last weekend in August 2024. We found the house to be very, very pleasant for our family of 8 (4 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 toddlers) including a dog, which was accommodated in a portable doghouse. There was plenty of parking space for our two cars. The extremely informative support from Petr was very good. He even provided us with a children's travel bed upon request. The house was fully satisfactorily equipped with all appliances and kitchen facilities and very well maintained. Everything worked out just fine. The location on the edge of the forest was very pleasant, as was the short distance to the lake. Overall it was very quiet there, with lots of nature around us and friendly staff. Too bad that a sauna was located directly on our back wall and was loudly shared by our neighbors. They strutted across our terrace while we grilled our dinner!

The place was very nice and exactly as described, with a modern decor and lots of amenities. Unfortunately, it was not quite private enough for our taste, as you really live directly on the house, but other than that there's no criticism

Spacious and very well-equipped house. The two terraces with lake views are really very nice. Numerous activities are possible on site: bike rides with trays to cross the lake, paddle, boat, swimming, not to mention visiting the beautiful city of Cesky Krumlov with its castle. In addition, the owner offers a boat, bike and paddle rental service, so all activities are possible without traveling. It's very convenient! The beach bar is very nice for an aperitif at sunset and offers very good grilled food twice a week. In short, an enchanting place we didn't want to leave!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this house! Already upon arrival we were delighted: everything was super clean, stylishly decorated and exactly as in the description – if not better. The location is perfect: quiet and idyllic, but still well connected. We would like to highlight the loving details in the house – from the cozy decor to the little touches that made the stay even more pleasant. Nicole was incredibly friendly, quickly accessible and provided us with great tips for the area. We felt completely comfortable and would have preferred to stay longer. Clear recommendation – we will definitely be back!😍

A great place to stay – modern and well equipped with everything you need. The location on the edge of the forest is beautiful and idyllic. I was completely satisfied. Only downside: the hot tub was unfortunately not usable because the water didn't really get warm even after five hours of heating.
