Fully renovated in 2018, stunning new fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with separate toilet and blinds in every bedroom that keep the light out. Quality furniture and bedding throughout. Located in a safe and quiet area with parking and within 10 minutes to public transport. Danube bicycle and running path are located nearby. The apartment is child/family friendly and a non-smoking environment.

Grüne Gartenstadt 5min nach Linz

Entspanne dich mit der ganzen Familie in dieser friedlichen Unterkunft in der Gartenstadt in Puchenau. Die Donauau und die Donaustrände sind nur wenige 100 Meter entfernt, das Auto parkt fast direkt vor der Haustür, aber die ganze Siedlung hin zur Donau ist dann autofrei, du kannst also spazieren, radfahren, wandern wie es das Herz beliebt. Einer der berühmtesten Architekten Österreichs (Roland Rainer) hat die Gartenstadt entworfen - die Lebensqualität ist hier großartig.
