Waterfront holiday rentals in Linz-Land District

Although our stay was not for a pleasure trip, but we did not find some difficulties except for the language. We had a very good time. The only downside was that a broom was missing in the apartment, a palette and a floor mop since our stay was a little long for the rest. Everything was perfect. Thank you Emmanuel

A really beautiful apartment in a very central location. I've been to some AirBNB apartments before.. (I was also a hostess myself for a long time) and I have to say.. I've never been so well equipped with aids, etc. 😍 If there is anything to complain about… (which of course is complaining at a high level), then the noise level and for me personally the bed was unfortunately a horror due to my joint disease - I did not get any rest while sleeping, as I cannot lie on a hard mattress and for me it was very hard🥲 Today everything hurts... I asked in advance if it was soft anyway... and since there was no spare blanket to put on it... in order to possibly be able to lie a little softer, I had to endure 2 nights like this. Of course, the host can't do 😬anything about that. So far, whenever I announced it in advance, a soft pad was available. Should I come back, I'll bring something special with me. 😊🥰 Wish you all the best and thank you for this great accommodation

We had a great stay in the apartment, the location right in front of the Danube is great! The apartment is modern, clean and plenty of space to feel good. Recommended! :)

An amazing, clean, and peaceful place to stay near the lake. We felt at home. There is a smaller but cozy garden with a patio and a grill - great for sitting in any period. Mr. Andreas, the host, responded in a while, gave us a tour of the house and prepared tips for us, maps of where to go in the area. He was very kind. I really have nothing to complain about and I want to thank you for a great vacation and recommend this host and their place to everyone! :)

A very clean and nicely decorated apartment where nothing was missing. The location was also very good, it's just minutes to the lake. The communication with Julia and the check in/out also worked great. Everything perfect!

The apartment is really great - especially the amenities were phenomenal. Definitely the best Airbnb we've ever been to. The town of Steyr is within walking distance and at the same time the apartment is very quiet. The communication with Ines worked great. She was always reachable and even got us a baby high chair.

We had some very nice days here. The place is ideal for families and couples with dogs - the small garden with direct access to the creek was definitely a highlight for our dogs. The place "Sand" is ideally located for day trips to the limestone Alps and Steyr is just a stone's throw away. Rebecca and Petra took care of us super hospitable and warmly - we will be happy to come back.

Super cozy place with wonderful natural atmosphere! The host is very friendly, eager and always available. The accommodation invites you to relax by the campfire with sauna and great cooling off in the river. The rooms are all super clean, the kitchen is very well equipped. All in all, a TOP Airbnb! The stay was very good! At Elisabeth's, you are right in the middle of the family, with heart she leads her guests into a magical stay. Here you have the opportunity to switch off and put down travel efforts. Fresh fruits from the garden are on the breakfast table and in the evening you can sit, if you want, in the large kitchen to eat and discuss.

After a week of skiing with friends, and prior to visiting Vienna, I was in need of rest. I can highly recommend this place to anyone. Elisabeth is a wonderful hostess. I enjoyed my stay in Oberschauersberg; the peace, the surroundings, and Colombo's cooking skills.

A very nice host, despite the language barrier, we agreed, prepared a great dinner, recommended what we asked. Everything is clean, nice bed.

Marion is a very kind host. The apartment is modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need for shorter or longer stays. The sound of the neighboring creek was very pleasant for us. We will be happy to come back.

Our three week long stay at Josefine's was very comfortable with everything in the apartment that we needed. As I was travelling with my daughter we wanted somewhere with 2 bedrooms and this apartment was hands down a great deal compared to other two bedroomed accommodation in Linz. We had a great weekend at Villa Traunseeblick. Herta, our host, graciously accepted our last minute booking. The apartment was very clean, well equipped with everything you needed and had an amazing outdoor space to relax and enjoy views of the lake. It was very comfortable and just what we needed. Apartment in Wels: Quiet, close to the center (car recommended), parking right in front of the house. Access and entrance without steps. Both bedrooms have access to the bathroom (and toilet separated by a partition wall). In addition to curtains and drapes, there are also shutters for very good darkening. Children's room = play paradise (books, games, vehicles, etc. in very good condition - we hope that future guests will also take care of them).

We had a great stay at Catherine's place in Gmunden! Super conveniently located, on a beautiful, quiet cobblestone street.

Juliana is a very eager and friendly hostess. She responds quickly to messages and small concerns. Definitely 5 stars!

We enjoyed the beautiful terrace with the lake view. However, the wide view from above also means that the lake or place is not so easily accessible on foot. However, a taxi to the apartment is comparatively cheap.
