The cottage is on the edge of a quiet cottage settlement in the forest above the dam, it is 150 m to the water by a path from the hillside, or by off-road vehicle or on foot 400 m along the forest road. Hot-tube, grill, fireplace with smokehouse and boat for 5 people are available. The accommodation is also suitable for the whole family, including dogs. Kozlanská beach (400m), Koněšínská beach (800m), steamboat dock. Nearby are also popular tourist places Maxův kříž, the ruins of Kozlov and Holoubek castles and bike trails.

The spacious accommodation is on the ground floor of a family house in the city center and yet in a quite quiet place. Upstairs is permanently living by us . Everything is within walking distance. Shopping options COOP, Lidl, Penny, Billa. Nearby is the Amphitheater, where music festivals take place. You can visit the bathing habitat, covered pool in the low season. There is a ski slope, tennis courts and city sports venues. Approx. 500 m conservation area of Bethlehem. The Valley of Doubrava or Žďárské vrchy is worth a visit. Treehouse u Potoka

Experience peace and tranquility, the gurgling of the stream, the singing of birds, and nothing else. Just calm. You will find an airport for two people and an extra bed for one. Small kitchen, running water, gas stove, and basic dishes, all for three people. Sugar, pepper, salt are available. You can make coffee in a Moka pot. Heating diesel. We offer an unconventional circular straw house with a large garden and pond. It is located in a picturesque corner of the Vysočina region, on the edge of the small village of Bystrá. There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

Building (loft) with a usable area of approx. 50m2. It is a room with an open floor with a bed, under which there is a bathroom. The room has 2 sofa beds, a kitchen and a dining table. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, sink and washing machine. There is also WIFI, HIFI, baby and travel crib. The building corresponds to 1 + kk and is therefore ideal for a couple or accommodation on a business trip. Larger groups who don't mind sleeping on couches also like to use the accommodation.

At first, maringotka had travelled a hundreds kilometers with Berousek’s circus, where its aim was to be a “home on the wheels” and few years after that it became unfashionable and was parked for some more time. Despite the bad time, it quickly had found its new owner and a lot of admirers in a year 2015, when it was given as a birthday present. Nowadays, marignotka is a beautiful caravan in countryside with great view on Lipnice castle.

We are not connected to electricity, drinking and utility water is regularly supplied in barrels. Outside, a beautiful outhouse and solar shower await you.

If you want to see that there are still more stars in the sky at night than grains of sand in all the seas of the world, and soak your feet in the dew in the morning, you will fall in love with it.

Or swap the cottage with your home office and get into the things you can't focus on in the city.

The place is only accessible by car. The distance to NMNM 5 km, Vysočina arena 7 km. There is no shop or restaurant here. Everything is close to the wonderful city.
