There are plenty of options in the area to spend your free time in close contact with the lake and the nature of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment is the unique bike trail no. 33, also called the Šumava Magistrale. Nearby there is the famous Canopy Walk, a bobsleigh track, the Lipno-Kramolín ski resort, an aquapark and a sauna world in Frymburk.

The accommodation has 82 m² on two floors, 3 bedrooms, a terrace and a garden. The pool on the premises is shared and is open in July and August. The other half of the semi-detached house is also owned by us and is not rented.
