Delightful house 5 minutes walk from the enchanting equipped beach of Cala Granu within the complex "Il Poggio di Cala Granu", exclusive setting with concierge, swimming pool, Club House and 2 parking spaces. The house is spread over a single floor; it consists of living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. The living area overlooks the outdoor patio sheltered from the mistral organized in the dining area, living room and the private garden. Nearby: Marina (on foot) and downtown Porto Cervo.

The swimming pool is open from 1/06 to 10/9 with a lifeguard. In the other months the pool is closed. Private outdoor car parking. 5 minutes driving from Porto Cervo. Check in is betwen 14pm to 10pm. Between 7pm to 10pm it is a self check-in.
