Of course there are fish halls at the harbor where you can buy freshly caught fish, and the sale of fresh fish from the side of the fishing boats. Max. 20 minute by car to several amazing nordsealand golf clubs. Close to Denmark's second-largest forest area - Gribskov - National Royal North Zealand with the beautiful castles and magnificent scenes of nature with lakes, forests and beaches. Historically Gilleleje is an old fishing village and it was here that many Jews were transported to Sweden during World War II. Gilleleje Church was a waiting place for Jews until they could be transported. In 1943, 75 Jews were caught by the Gestapo on the church ceiling after a snitch had informed the Germans. Everywhere there are monuments of historical events. Every year there are various festivals in Gilleleje - "Hill" Festival, Harbour Festival, Jazz at the port and The Herring Day. Yoga on the beach or in one of the city's yoga studios, bring a surfboard or kayak or bike one of many good mountain bike routes in Tisvildehegn, rent the sauna, or take the north coast trail to Hundested and experience the most amazing harbor environment. Copenhagen about 1 hour.

Cozy little apartment (annex) with its own entrance and exit to the garden with barbecue and garden furniture. The apartment: a bedroom with 2 really good box mattresses, which function as a double bed or single beds. Both winter and summer duvets are extra long. Combined living room/kitchen, entrance and small bathroom with shower. There is private guest parking and bicycles available. Close to lovely Kattegat with access to the beach from the landowners' association beach. NOTE: due to dog allergy, no pets. Sorry.

Here is everything you need if you want to disconnect and enjoy nature, and take a trip to Liseleje, and one of Denmark's best beaches. In the house there is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump. There are also charging stations if you come by electric car. Definitely a home to experience.

100-year-old, beautiful, warm, dry and well-maintained log cabin in Asserbo, with newly built annex, on 2,000 m2, quiet and sunny natural grounds, close to one of the best beaches. (5 min/car, 10 min/bike, 30 min/ walk). The main house has a large kitchen, wood stove, dining area for 6 people, bedroom with Queen size bed, chamber with 1 single bed. Bathroom with toilet, shower/seat bathtub, washing machine. Utility room with dishwasher. Annex: 2 beds. 3 sleeping places and heat pump, so it is always dry and nice.

Recharge your batteries in this beautiful cottage, located in idyllic surroundings at the end of a cul-de-sac. The ducks come to visit the scenic garden and with a lovely terrace and only 2 km to the beach, there is a good setting for outdoor life. The house is not far from Liseleje with the beautiful beach, Melby and Hundested harbor, which allows you to experience good food, art and fishing for crabs. Note: Guests must bring linen and towels. For an additional fee, a linen package can be rented.
