Swallows Nest is situated in the countryside, with views up to Caradon Hill, you can see the old Phoenix Tin Mine from the lounge window, now derelict, but worth a visit! It is easy to get to both the North, and South coast from Swallows Nest, giving you access to many of Cornwall's beaches and lovely little ports. Further afield are the lovely National Trust houses of Lanhydrock House, and Cotehele. The Eden Project is just over 20 miles away. The cottage has wifi, TV/Netflix/Freeview
