The Ruby Gem on Yaricel listing was great l. I really enjoyed my stay. I enjoyed it so much I decided to extend my stay for a couple more days. Yaricel was a great host. She made everything about my stay comfortable, from accommodating my early checkin, to her helpful attentiveness, quick response time and her willingness to assist in helping me properly extend my stay when I was unsure of the process. Overall I had a 5 star stay and I highly recommend Yaricel's listing when looking for a quality place to stay while visiting Lakeland. I look forward to staying again.

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

Valerie's 2 bedroom/2 bath condo is perfect for the price. The place has a well-stocked, updated kitchen with complimentary coffee, clean and updated full bathrooms, and comfy bedrooms. There was some noise from upstairs neighbors but it never lasted for long periods of time. Also, the pool is not heated so too cold to use. Valerie is very responsive and easy to work with.

We had a great 2 night stay at Richards place. The accommodation is private, in a quiet and safe neighbourhood and perfect for a short stay. The bed was very comfortable and we had everything we needed - the amenities are great. Would return again!

This was a great place for our mom and daughter’s weekend shopping trip. The location was good for all the thrifting and shopping we had planned. The host was very friendly and responsive. Very clean and as described, matched pictures.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Phil's place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Phil was smooth and prompt, making the booking process hassle-free. The space was immaculately clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were top-notch, ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, easy to get to down town areas. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Phil's property highly enough. Thank you for such a memorable stay—we will definitely be back!

I stayed at Karina's lovely 3-bedroom house 2/15/25-3/15/25. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-supplied. The pool was great. I was in there a lot. The temperature was about 73 degrees. The beach is about 1 hour away (due to traffic). There were many restaurants, grocery stores, LA Fitness, and anything else you might need nearby. If you like dive bars - go to Joy Bar. It has 2 pool tables, 2 dart boards, and cheap drinks. Karina communicated well and promptly. I would absolutely stay here again.

Easy checkin and walkable to some restaurants and more if you’re good to walk 20 min. Easy to uber everywhere. Clean and great house, just note that it is a shared house with a couple other airbnb units.

What can I say? Well Katiuska’s place turned out to be pretty much spot on. It was a fantastic little 2-night getaway to watch the Phillies play one more time during their St. Patty’s Day game, which they won to boot! The living room TV was fantastic & the Roku app never missed a beat. We’d definitely stay there again, as the few neighbors we met were very friendly indeed.

Hosts were super nice & responsive. We locked ourselves out by accident and they were able to help super fast. The place was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Davis’s place was welcoming, super clean, and convenient. The backyard had a putting green, tiki bar, and fire pit, just wish we’d had the time to take advantage of those amenities. We hope to be able to return to the area again and if so, will check to see if this property is available to stay at again.

We booked Daniels home because it was dog friendly and also a perfect location. We were traveling to Florida for my daughters wedding which was held nearby at "Flower Farms Event Venue". We had to bring my dog because all of our dog sitters were also attending the wedding. My dog Rocket loved running around the fully fenced yard sniffing all of the beautiful plants and flowers. Rocket gave the yard a 10 out of 10 score and I appreciated the pooper scooper. The home is clean and beds comfortable. The kitchen is fabulous and has every gadget that you would ever need. I would definitely stay again. Oh and we can't forget the fun little nursery/farmers market on the corner...within walking distance. The produce was fabulous.

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Scott was exceptionally accommodating during our stay! My daughter and I enjoyed touring the University of Tampa, and Scott, whose son also attended the University, shared invaluable insights and suggestions. The pristine and peaceful Airbnb offered breathtaking sunsets from the private balcony! We are already looking forward to our next visit. A heartfelt thank you to Scott for making our trip memorable!

We stayed at Judy’s place for for days over Easter. We have been to this area before but stayed at The Inn at Little Harbor. This was our first experience in the townhome. Judy’s place is beautiful and quiet and thankfully off the beaten path. We enjoyed the nearly private beach for shelling every morning and walking along the sea wall with dolphins daily! The fresh fish sandwich at Hooks was the best I’ve had and the two sunsets we watched while dining at Sunset Grill right on sight provided memories we’ll never forget. We drove to Siesta Key one day and Clearwater the next, spent one day using the pool at Little Harbor and took an evening walk through nearby Ybor City. Her place was quiet, private, cool and beautifully decorated. We had four guests, used all three bedrooms each with its own bath and shower. She provided everything we needed. We have stayed in this area before. Our only disappointment was that jet ski and paddleboard rentals were no longer offered at the resort.

1,000 characters is not enough to express how wonderful my stay was here. Check in was extremely easy, Jen was so generous to allow us to check in nearly two hours early. The place was not only spotless, there was even relaxing music playing as we entered. The parking pass is extremely easy to use. The AirBNB is in such close proximity to the beach you can walk, scooter (VEOS station right on the corner), or if you choose to drive there is Zone 1B parking by the pier. I’d highly recommend Spa Beach, family friendly. I cannot go with mentioning our lovely neighbors. Dennis is next door, we chatted over wine on the front shared patio. (Great spot to people watch!) Sierra is the upstairs neighbor, she has a sweet pup named Rowan (you might hear his footsteps from upstairs). You have everything you could possibly need here. Full kitchen. Dishwasher. Washer/Dryer. Shower/Tub + jacuzzi jets! Plenty of storage. Comfy bed! Truly this place is wonderful. For a couple or two friends! Thanks

The place was just like the photos, clean, new, very nice. Andy is a great host, he was helpful anytime. The location of the place is great for exploring the city , plus it's not far from the airport. I recommend and would love to come back!
