'Vasara' is situated in ecological farm Kemešys and is available only during summer months. It is quite distant from the other buildings in the farm so you could enjoy your privacy. Located on the bank of lake Kemešys 'Vasara' also has a private footbridge to the lake and a terrace with amazing view

The cottage has a masculine style. Shades of dark green in the living room go perfectly with leather chairs. The kitchen is black with bronze, metal fixtures, and above the bed, there is a mosaic of urban-themed paintings along with a vintage green sofa. In the bathroom, there is a gray concrete color with black and green accents, and of course, paintings - they always add coziness and a sense of feeling. Welcome to Paliepės - Forest Homes, to Oak - our forest cottage surrounded by nature. If you want to escape from your daily routine and spend time in nature with a close friend, family or solo, this is a perfect place for you. Upon arrival, you can enjoy a spacious terrace, with the necessary tools for grilling, outdoor tennis, volleyball, basketball, hot tub (daily price - 60 Eur, second - 30 Eur) or walk along the forest paths. Rented only for quiet rest, not for parties.

A romantic getaway in nature by the water.

Tingulis is a romantic escape for two surrounded by nature. The only cottage in the whole area, so you will enjoy complete privacy and silence here. The house is heated and cooled, so it is comfortable for rest at any time of the year. There are as many as 4 stocked ponds around, inviting you to take a walk and relax. In summer – refreshing bathing, in winter – cozy evenings in an open-air ofur bath. The ofuro bath is NOT INCLUDED in the price. Price per night 40 Eur.

Meškapiestis Apiary

A forest-surrounded campsite with two spring-fed ponds, cozy cottages with stoves, a sauna, and a hot tub under the open sky. There is no electricity—only peace, nature, and quiet. The site offers a gas stove, fire pit, kazan pot, and comfortable sleeping spaces. An optional beekeeping experience includes local honey souvenirs. A perfect retreat for those seeking a natural escape from daily routine and city noise. Sauna and hot tub bookings are made separately.

'Forest Holiday' Unique cabin next to the lake

There are total three lake front Cabins in our area. Pond Cabin is located 15meters from pond and 50 meters from lake and is surrounded by forest. Cabin comes with all necessary amenities. You can also enjoy charcoal grill, canoe, sound system, water trampoline at no extra costs. You only have to bring wood or charcoal for bbq. Music can be played outdoors until 22pm. We also offer jacuzzi hot tub 80€ and sauna for 100€ Nearest shop is 2km away.

Nature and culture

"Gamta ir kultūra" (Nature and Culture) is a place for nature, art and culture in the middle of the Labanoras Regional Park with its original forests and numerous lakes, where you can enjoy nature-inspired art. Vilija and I are a Lithuanian-Swiss couple and offer other cultural events on the two-hectare property in addition to exhibitions in the gallery and in the park. Dogs and other pets are not allowed.
