U Maliny - Adina apartment

You'll feel right at home in our stylish family accommodation. You have a terrace, a fire pit, a barbecue and a view of the garden. The house is located by the river and right on the cycle path. Parking is free and is located 60 metres from the house. There are two apartments in the house. One is yours (it's on the ground floor with its own entrance) and the other is on the first floor. It's important to say that you can hear guests above you, and there's also a train running opposite across the river. So if you're looking for complete silence, this might bother you. There are friendly cats in the garden.

Apartment Dominikánská

The completely newly renovated apartment is located in a historical monument protected Gothic house from the 14th century in the very historic center of Litoměřice. The individuality of the apartment is underlined by the original vaults and the design interior. Nearby you will find restaurants, cafes and a grocery store (30m). The car can be parked in a paid parking lot right next to the apartment, we recommend a longer stay at the bus and train station (500 m) for 10 CZK per day.

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Both apartments are completely renovated - equipped with stylish wooden furniture. They have their own bathroom, toilet and fully equipped kitchen. Each apartment has a TV and a safe. Both apartments have a common room. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms and in the common room.

Summer in our holiday apartment in the Erzgebirge

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.
