This apartment is located on the ground floor of our building, with its own entrance and direct access to the garden. Occasionally, you might hear us in the house, but we've compensated for this by offering a lower price. The ideal choice for those who don't need absolute silence but are looking for pleasant, peaceful accommodation in a natural setting by the river. You can make use of the outdoor pergola, the swing bench, the entire garden, and the sun loungers. During the high season, you can pick our herbs, light a fire, or borrow the barbecue.

The flat is private and is located in a charming stone and brick house in the centre of Úštěk. It has everything you need to prepare breakfast, cook, bake and grill in the garden. It has a beautiful organic garden and a library with books in Spanish, Czech and English. You can charge your car or e-bike and store it inside🚙 🛴 🚲 My cats usually spend the day in the garden. If you're allergic, 😺 please let me know. We have a cot. Just write to me.🤗 Dogs are welcome at no extra charge 🩷🐶

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Flat near the castle

Large flat is placed in the city center, it´s a perfect point to set off to anywhere you want. It is 4 floor without lift in old house. At distanc to 500m there are several good restaurants, supermarket, caffei, information center, public tranasport, Děčín´s castle, gardens and big madow where you can relax. Just 5 minutes walk and you can try famous Děčín´s via ferrata with more then 10 ways up. Equipment for via ferrata adventure you can rent near there.

Zcela nově zrekonstruovaný apartmán se nachází v historickém památkově chráněném gotickém domě ze 14. století v samotném historickém centru Litoměřic. Osobitost apartmánu podtrhují původní klenby a designový interiér. V blízkém okolí naleznete restaurace, kavárny i obchod s potravinami (30m). Auto lze zaparkovat na placeném parkovišti přímo u apartmánu, dlouhodobější stání doporučujeme u autobusového a vlakového nádraží (500 m) za 10 Kč na den.

In summer, the natural lakes in the area invite you to linger. The City Decin / Decin can be reached in about 10 minutes. The capital Praha / Prague is located 1h. Whether couples, solo travelers, families or groups. Here everyone is welcome.

Ubytovací část je situovaná v 1. patře restaurace. K dispozici 2 apartmány o celkovém počtu 5 lůžek (možno rozšířit kapacitu na 10 osob) Oba apartmány jsou po celkové rekonstrukci- vybaveny stylovým dřevěným nábytkem. Mají vlastní koupelnu, WC a plně vybavenou kuchyň. V každém apartmánu je TV a trezor. Oba apartmány mají společenskou místnost. V pokojích i ve společenské místnosti je kouření zakázáno.

Summer in our holiday apartment in the Erzgebirge

Up to 4 people can enjoy their relaxing vacation in the apartment. It is about 32 square meters and includes a living/sleeping room equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a small kitchen and another bedroom (also ideal for one to two children). A delicious breakfast can be served for an extra charge of €12.00 per person.
