Holiday rentals with a patio in Litoměřice District

Well-located building Clean flat Fast responses The heating is perfect. Deserves what we paid. This is no must however they might have put a small jar of coffee in the kitchen. Thanks Umur & Hakan 👍✌️

The apartment we rented was perfect for our stay in Prague. The electronic key system works well for getting in when you arrive. There is a electronic system for gaining access to the apartment for the first time which was easy to use and eliminated the need to arrange a time to meet the owner on arrival which we found convenient and easy to understand. It was also helpful when we checked out and realized one bag had been left in the room with the keys! We were able to regain entry and grab the bag and go. The apartment is also located close to the metro station, restaurants, some sites and is in a comfortable area for walking. I would definitely rent this apartment again if we were visiting Prague.

It was a great experience, house was so clean and the location is at the center, you can walk to most of the places. Han answered all the questions really quick and he was so helpful. If we’ll come to Prague again we would like to stay at the same place:)

Stunning apartment in a fantastic location for our weekend trip and the hosts were excellent – great communication, really accommodating, and very thoughtful. The apartment was just as beautiful as it looked on the photographs and the 2 balcony areas were amazing, making the whole place even more special. We had seen reviews mentioning complaints about noise after 10pm so we were a little nervous ahead of the trip, but we were respectful and able to enjoy conversation in the living area well past the quiet hours without disturbing our neighbours.

I přes menší komplikace, jsme ubytování nakonec nějak vyřešili a jsme za to rádi. I když jsme tam byli minimum času, tak jsme se vždy dobře vyspali na závody v agility! 🐶🙂

Skvělá domluva a komunikace. Pan majitel nám ve všem vyhověl. Vybavení a čistota chaty na jedničku. Nikdy jsem v tak vybavené chatě k pronájmu nebyl. Navíc moc krásná, tématická a pro více lidí. Hodnocení 10/10. Každému bych doporučil a určitě pojedem znovu. Všichni jsme byli nadšení!

Zeer ruim en gezellig huis met ruime slaapkamers. Het zwembad is leuk voor kinderen. Goede locatie. Dichtbij autosnelweg en supermarkt (5 min) maar totaal geen geluidshinder. Ideale locatie voor bezoek aan Praag, Dresden, Boheems/Saksisch Zwitserland, ... Martin is een goede host. Hij reageert altijd heel snel. Wij hebben het er enorm naar onze zin gehad en bevelen het huis aan!

Wirklich eine Hütte aber eine tolle Hütte. Wer Natur und Ruhe mag ist hier richtig. toller Blick auf die Berge, riesiger Garten mit Obstbäumen und zahllosen Erdbeerpflanzen, abends hört man Füchse rufen und Wildschweine ziehen am Garten vorbei. Nichts für Partyurlauber aber super für alle die Ruhe suchen und naturnah und minimalistisch urlauben möchten!

Milá paní hostitelka, komunikativní, vše čisté, nic nám nechybělo, parkování za krásné zahradě, nebyl problém se ubytovat se psy.

We went 3 families and were super happy about the acommodation, facilities, the host and generally every aspect of the vacation.

Die Unterkunft war wir beschrieben. Keine Mängel festgestellt. Sehr modern eingerichtet. Wohnung liegt ca. eine halbe Stunde mit der Tram von Altstadt entfernt. Haltestelle war innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Der Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage war etwas ungünstig zum Parken, wenn ihr ein großes Auto habt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Das Apartment lohnt sich, würde ich jederzeit wider buchen. Danke Stepanka und danke Kamil - ihr seit als Gastgeber großartig, die Kommunikation war immer schnell und freundlich!

Ubicación excelente. El apartamento es cómodo, solo el baño era demasiado pequeño. Está en un 5to piso, aprox unos 90 escalones. Jakub dio instrucciones precisas de cómo entrar y fue muy fácil. Tuvimos una buena experiencia 😊

Tolle Wohnung ganz nah am Hauptbahnhof, Prag kann man zu Fuß entdecken. Ausstattung ist top, Aussicht toll. Der Balkon ist ein echter Pluspunkt! Zu empfehlen :)

Wir waren nun zum zweiten Mal in Honzas Wohnung und waren wieder begeistert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation mit Honza vorbildlich und sehr freundlich. Bei einem Anliegen wurde uns umgehend geholfen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist unschlagbar, so dass alles zu Fuß erreicht werden kann. Auch bei einem dritten Besuch würden wir die Wohnung wieder buchen!

Very nice apartment with everything you need! We especially liked the big bathroom and the balcony with morning sun (if lucky with the weather). Great hosts, too- we used Sarah and Jan's local guides more than once.

I really enjoyed staying at this lovely, spacious and modern apartment within walking distance of the beautiful Letna Park as well as being right opposite a supermarket and a key tram stop which made it really convenient and easily accessible to get to and from the apartment and rest of town.

Lenka's place was amazing! You can't beat the location. We were able to park our car in a garage and walk everywhere! She was very responsive and helpful with recommendations. She is so thoughtful and already had the pullout couch already made up for us! We would definitely come back again!

Es war toll, wir würden jeder Zeit gerne wieder kommen :)
