The Oude Smederij is located in an agricultural area on the outskirts of the village of Arum (on the Elfsteden route) and is centrally located between Harlingen (on the Wadden Sea with ferry services to Vlieland and Terschelling), Franeker (Planetarium and Frisian Museum), Bolsward (Broerekerk) and Makkum, located on the IJsselmeer with boulevard and beach.

U slaapt op de begane grond (2 sk + eigen badk.+eigen keuken+ eigen grote woonkamer (50 m2) met hoge plafonts en openhaard. eigen ingang. 3e slaapkamer is boven via het voorhuis. Buiten aan het water je eigen terras. Ook geschikt voor groeps werk met een grote werk tafel. Vintage dus mooi, oud en gezellig. Maar niet spotless.

Between Leeuwarden, Sneek, Franeker and Bolsward lies our quiet village in the Frisian countryside in "De Greidhoeke". The apartment is located in our house from 1856 with beautiful high ceilings, a private entrance and free parking in front of the door. The apartment is on the ground floor, fully equipped with underfloor heating and a fully equipped kitchen. In the bathroom, there is also a washing machine, including detergent, for the small laundry.

The Út fan hús apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a living room with sofa bed, a kitchen with fridge and bathroom with shower and toilet. The apartment has its own entrance. Waking up overlooking the dining room of a herd of horses living in freedom, 2 pigs making their bed every night in front of the window and sometimes a sheep walks by. Closer to the pure things in life. Therefore, there is no WiFi and no TV. There is a large table to play games together and a lovely sofa to drink a glass of wine together.
