This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Formally the old coastguard tower on Littlehampton seafront, this small and unique stay is a little gem. Newly renovated the space is modern, light and airy. Situated directly on the seafront next to the harbour entrance, with incredible views from the 3rd and 4th floor balconies. A quiet detached seaside retreat close to the beach and local shops. The property comprises : A stepped entrance into a spacious porch, leading into a comfortable lounge with vaulted ceiling, fully equipped kitchen, family bathroom, with freestanding bath and walk in shower cubicle, two double bedrooms, one single, private garden, off road parking. There is an annexe at the end of driveway with a single occupant +1 small dog, who requires pedestrian access only via the driveway.

The West Sussex Harbour Town, Littlehampton

My apartment is on the middle floor it is purpose built and brand new having recently been completed, there is a shared hallway that serves two other apartments, that leads to your front door via the internal staircase. There is a mixture of free parking and paid parking as the flat is in the centre of town. I’m afraid we can’t accept pets as some of our guests have allergies.
