The place has a wonderful view of the bay, the location is really incredibly magical. The house is furnished with taste, attention, very spirit of the Greek islands. Access to the almost private beach is a few meters away on foot. Anyway, you understand, if you have to stay somewhere facing the sea in mainland Greece it's here and nowhere else! Chris the host is adorable, full of attention (the fridge is full of drinks upon arrival!).

The apartment was very clean and had an incredible view of the sea... Mr. Nikos was very kind and direct in communication and in everything we needed... He also had a gift of difference snacks and made us feel comfortable... Thank you very much!!

Outstanding private location, with the best view ever. Surrounded by sea and trees, this one week vacation at Mania's place was beyond all expectations. The place itself is causy and well equipped with all you need for a perfect time

This vacation was a piece of paradise on earth. Teti and her family welcomed us warmly and we immediately felt comfortable. The place was perfect all around: the beach was a few meters away and the city is 5 minutes by car. With the help of Teti's tips, we had a wonderful holiday and were able to immerse ourselves in Greek life. This was definitely not our last time and it was one of the most beautiful stays I've had so far thanks to Teti. I am absolutely happy and highly recommend this place!

panayiotis was a wonderful host answering in the minute to any questions we had and guided us about the area the restaurants and places you could see. The house was awesome right on the sea with all the facilities great beds and a huge bathroom. The view is as amazing as its tranquility. Also if we went coldly the house because of the heating it was very hot. I recommend it for the summer that I will try to go to.

The location is absolutely amazing, the sea is just across a small street. The apartment is nice, modern, and clean. The host was very responsive with communication and even sent over somebody to show us where the washer was (under the kitchen counter from the living room side). Very comfortable stay, would highly recommend.

Great house, spaciously, lots of amenities, everything you need in the kitchen, for the beach, in the rooms, and dining room. The host was very easy to contact and communicative, and when we had an issue with internet, he was very involved, calling the provider and fixing the issue in half an hour time. The host advised us regarding the food do not be left out unsealed, and we didn't take this in consideration until our bread or the sugar bag was full of ants. Recommend you keep everything in the fridge, unless sealed. The kitchen and bathroom could use some renovation, and Konstantinos said this is planed already. No markets, stores or facilities closed by, but you can drive 25 min to Lidl, or 10 min to a small store in the village. Very calm, quiet, private space. Huge garden, with lemon trees, orange trees, olive trees and figs. The private beach is a treat, walk down the backyard and through a gate go directly to the beach. Fantastic, we'll come back!

A fantastic vacation home surrounded by a charming garden, great pool with many places to linger. Terrace in the shade and with sea view as an option complete the outdoor offer. House is clean, fly screens everywhere, beds new and very comfortable, Greek furnishings, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped, but of course this is always a personal feeling. All around, highly recommended for those looking for a pool with tranquility and sea access in one!

Absolutely fantastic home! The photos do not do the place justice. The home (It’s a duplex, we used one of the two units) is brand new, super clean, private, secure and easy to feel at home. Immediately across the small, non busy street, is a pristine beach/cove that is perfect for wading or swimming. Can’t forget to also mention the most beautiful private swimming pool on the property. Superb communication and super accommodating to anything and everything we asked/ requested - Great hosts!! Hands down, the BEST Air BNB experience ever had… Can’t wait to visit again, next time longer!! THANK YOU!!

I'm in love with this place! I was lucky to find it! I would gladly do it again. The timing is perfect if you want to relax, it's very peaceful. In summer, it will be perfect to enjoy the sea and also the pool. I recommend it to everyone (:

Such an amazing home for our family. It was comfortable, spacious, and well equipped. The yard was amazing and felt like we were able to get a nice break from the Greek heat out there in the shade during the day. The host was so amazing, responsive, and friendly. We ran into her at the beach and her husband patiently taught my kids how to skip rocks. Definitely recommend this home and kind hearted, lovely host!

We really enjoyed our vacation, the apartment was spacious, clean, fully equipped with everything we needed and more! Our host was very gracious and accommodating. The location is perfect for R&R, beautiful scenery, the view is really majestic, you can enjoy the mountain view from the balcony in the back and the sea view from the massive balcony! The pool was great we spent many afternoons swimming and taking in the amazing scenery. Thank you Konstantinos, until next time!!!

The Sunset Beach house is just amazing, location wise is only 1h outside of Athens, you definitely need a car. In front of the gate theres the beach, where Katerina also provides chairs to take with you as it is a stone beach, the sunset happens just in front of the house as well. Theres BBQ, loads of chairs and the balcony has simply the most peaceful view. We had a wonderful time there filled with great memories, i hope to come back! Katerina is a lovely host, responds ASAP always, very kind and helpful, 100% recommended.

Everything was what we needed for a two night stay to check out Delphi. Beach isn’t the nicest but the host recommended two great beaches nearby to go. Overall a great rental!

clean quiet within proximity value for money

The place is perfect for family vacation especially if you’re into close-to-nature place, love serenity and unity with the nature in an austere but quite comfortable conditions. The neighborhood is very local, quiet with no touristic hustle around. The sea is literally at your doorstep, you just dive into the water right from the backyard. Lots of good restaurants with fresh seafood within five minutes drive radius. Vasiliss was super responsive and proactive in terms of provision comfort of our stay. I’m thankful to him for a pleasant stay wish him the best of luck!

Clean, spacious, easy parking (we left the vehicle just below) and with a huge balcony overlooking the sea from its right. We visited it in March so we couldn't enjoy the extra amenities offered during the warm months without removing anything from the experience. Its large living room over the supervision of Pythia is ideal for a large group and its rooms, large and bright, for quiet rest. The service was immediate in everything we needed and the welcome definition of hospitality. Thank you for everything, Mr. Panayiotis, and I will see you again.

We had a great time!The stay was great as Isabella was flawless professional at everything!The access to the beach is just opposite the house and there is a tavern right next door. At a distance of 1.5 km there is the city of Erateini where it has everything.
