Holiday rentals in Livingston County

Julie's place was perfect for a fall break getaway with my husband. The cottage was well furnished, super clean, and very comfortable. I hadn't realized from the photos just how close the lake is to the house! We spent a lot of time sitting out on the back porch enjoying the amazing view of the lake. We also appreciated the proximity to Ann Arbor for restaurants and all of the wonderful parks in the area for biking and walking. We'd definitely go back!

The cottage was so cute and clean! The decor and attention to detail was spot on. Evelyn was such a great host and even took the time to make sure the home had a high chair, toddler toys and dinnerware. It made the visit that much better knowing I didn’t have to haul all the baby stuff with me. We were stuck inside due to weather for our short winter stay but the kids still had a great time playing checkers and chess and just hanging out.

Was here for an event in Ann Arbour. Location was great, only 15 mins to the Big House and it was a cottage setting right outside a populated area. Lots of amenities in the general region. Beautiful setting on a clean and clear lake (even went in for a dip at 37 degrees). All in all great host and great place to stay. Recommend it to anyone that this location and size fits their wants.

We really enjoyed relaxing in this very claen and pristine home. Its definitely insulated properly with excellent windows etc because it stayed so warm on a cold winter day. The bed was very comfortable as well that provided great rest and relaxation. Kitchen was organized well and stocked with essential tools. They also had a special treat of chocolate and wine. The surroundings were also very peaceful and so quiet. While coming in the summer there would be more to do outside it was a great experience in the winter as well.

Amazing cottage on the lake, super clean, comfortable and cozy. Kitchen stocked with anything you need. Nancy was an amazing host, great communication and very accommodating, even shoveled and salted the walkway when it snowed!! Beautiful country setting complete with occasional deer and wild turkeys crossing the driveway and geese flying overhead, sunsets over the lake.

The place is nice! Orginized and very clean, we love pets and they have pets(very friendly) which is a plus for us, smooth communication with the host and the guest book is very informative like nearby restaurants, activities, etc. The lake is just there, the yard is so huge, lots of activities can be done. Games are also provided for the kids to enjoy, The Igloo is awesome, it’s a perfect place to stay if you are looking to get away from the busy city life!

The house had a great layout that accommodated our large group but still felt cozy. The views of wildlife on the lake were amazing! We'd love to stay here again.

We wanted a peaceful, relaxing and fun Fall getaway and that’s exactly what we got! The Cottage was everything we asked for- simple and cozy! The sunrise over the lake was gorgeous, coffee on deck started the days nicely and warm fires ended the nights!

Cute modern lake (Tiny) house with many amenities. Probably the cleanest rental I’ve stayed in so far. The hosts were accommodating to our needs! Traveling with a baby, this house was perfect for us. Would definitely stay again.
